I contacted this company because from the settings because I paid for the No Ads offer that also included several daily rewards, but in order to get those rewards you still have to watch tons of ads whether you want to or not, sometimes two of them in a row. Not only do you still have ads, but the app glitches SO MUCH that the videos randomly freeze a split second before they’re over, the Home Screen locks to black & when you return to the app you haven’t received your rewards & there’s no option to rewatch the video. I contacted customer support to ask for a refund less then 24 hours later because of this issue & haven’t heard anything. This game is really fun & different, but read the review first & heed our advice, DON’T PAY FOR THE GAME because the glitches are so bad that it’s a waste of money! I hope to see improvements made & if so I would subscribe to another month, but as of today with what I’ve been experiencing the last couple days since purchasing it, I most certainly will never repurchase this, especially with customer service telling everyone to restart the game. Clearly our phones aren’t the issue when we’re all experiencing the exact same problem, it’s the app! Again, the game is fun, but there are way too many glitches for this to cost any money for what you get!

Beyond a certain point, the puzzles become almost impossible to complete without spending gems to clear out the bar. That on its own is super irritating but it gets worse. The ads are super invasive. Not only do you have to cancel a single ad three separate times, if you don’t press the “x” absolutely perfect, it will hijack you and take you to the App Store. Then, once you finally clear out all of that garbage, the game itself spams you with “buy these gems” and that cake lady and again, you have to press the cancel button precisely or nothing happens.

I have no problem with ads and I understand that they are a source of funding. The issue I have is when the ads themselves have an unskippable timer, followed by a emblem screen, followed by hijacking your phone because you didn’t press the “x” perfectly, followed by bringing up a mini download window when you did press the x right, followed by having to cancel out that window, followed by-.... it sounds tedious, right? Because it is. Vet your ads better.

The amount of ads is absurd. Literally an ad after every level. Want your daily login bonus? Watch an ad? Want to collect anything? Watch an ad. What if you choose not to? Have an ad anyway. Shame. Ruins what could be a decent game. Response to developer: While I understand the reasoning for ads, there’s nothing balanced about the amount of ads forced upon players. I just tested it out. I opened the game, got a pop up before I even played a level. I played one level, then it asked me if I wanted to see an ad for a bonus prize. I said no. It then showed me an ad anyway. It then asked me if I wanted to watch an ad for a daily bonus. I said no. I played another level. It asked me if I wanted to watch another ad for a bonus prize. I said no once again. It showed me another and anyway. It’s not at all balanced. It’s overwhelming and makes this game unplayable. Deleting.
