At first I wasn’t too sure if it would help me on my vertical but I gave it a try and was surprised by the results. They have workout plans and times to remind you to do it so you actually will do your workout. Also the layout on JumpHi is simple and easy to learn. I never do reviews so when I do I really like JumpHi .
this app is the easiest, most convenient place to work with a trainer online. It’s a very immersive program that walks through each step of a workout regardless of current fitness level!! 5/5 would recommend!

Learned so much from JumpHi and love how I can train everyday with specific drills and tasks! I love all the different categories on JumpHi that include core, plyometrics, little jumpers, little dribblers, and basketball!
I like how there’s different ways to learn the workouts and how the workouts have different levels of intensity ranging from kids fitness to professional athlete levels

JumpHi is awesome as it allows me to get a good workout in by following along simple yet intense videos that anyone can do at home to transform your body. They also have a built in warmup to get you ready for your workout.
JumpHi is amazing, it teaches you so many good workouts even for people who don’t play basketball! I highly recommend it even if you don’t play basketball that much!
The best app for working out. I use it everyday and love it. The different levels of beginner, intermediate, and advanced make it very accessible. I feel like i’m playing a fun game when I’m working out and I’ve made a lot of Progress. I absolutely adore JumpHi.

Jump hi is my personal favorite workout app. Very easy of use. I love the leaderboard it makes work even harder to get to the top. Also being able to see what the actual exercises are helps me work on form.
JumpHi is really useful for keeping on track, there’s so many things you can do. There’s challenging workouts, great exercises, and good drills for your sport. It’s very customizable to fit your needs and is easy to use.
My kids were very bored during the pandemic and this really helped them get their energy out. The kids love it and are excited to find new workouts. My wife and I also do it a couple of times a week. For a free app, this is terrific!

JumpHi is amazing for training for all sports mostly for basketball but you can choose workouts that will definitely help you with other sports like football, soccer, baseball, etc

When I downloaded JumpHi my goal was to increase my fitness and conditioning. This helped me achieve my goal in a 2 months. Now I’m one of the fittest players on my team, I also have showed many of my teammates this amazing app and they have downloaded it and they use it on the regular.
Jump Hi is a great workout and basketball app. Even though i don’t play basketball, it provides varieties of workouts that can help me with my sports. If you do play basketball, JumpHi is a must get. You can work on you’re skills on JumpHi at your own house, as well as workouts.
