Background Changer Eraser Reviews

I used BackgroundChangerEraser once under the free 7 day trial. However, after trying it out, I realized it wasn’t what I needed. A couple days went by and I forgot to cancel within 7 days, and I was then billed as expected. The issue is, there is no way to contact them for a refund/customer service issues. I’ve cancelled the subscription the same day I was billed, and I have zero use for BackgroundChangerEraser. Money down the drain. I do not recommend.

I was charged $25 even though it advertised a 7-day free trial. I had cancelled the subscription before the seven days. Also, if you are looking to erase the background and add a simple white background, BackgroundChangerEraser doesn’t offer that color option. It does have about five solid background color options. There are cheaper, better options out there.

I downloaded BackgroundChangerEraser and had nothing but problems I never got it to work probley because I didn’t want to buy it.

I wish I read the reviews before impulsively getting BackgroundChangerEraser. They don’t make it user friendly to cancel the subscription or get a refund. Buyer beware!

App is not working and no one will get back to me. Poor function, terrible customer service. Stay away.

First time, I tried your app trial 7 days for a year. Not work my photo change remove t shirt black to other color but stuck Jerry and Tom picture on shirt. VOID. I won’t keep your app. Thank you.

Doesn't completely erase background, leaves tons of noise, and the restoration system is hard to see because your finger blocks the view.

BackgroundChangerEraser used to be good. Within the last few months it doesn’t work properly and it’s buggy. I want my money back.

It makes background yellow and tells me I have no internet connection when I try to change background. I want my money back.

Perhaps the error is my own, but I canceled my trial after only two hours of trying to use app b/c of getting no different result. It auto attached a funky green color which I could never get rid of. I tried re uploading different picture and the same thing happened.

After uploading pictures its all glitchy yellow. Nothing happens while changing background. Basically i cannot do anything after i upload a pic because of the yellow glitchy background. Tried uninstalling BackgroundChangerEraser , deleted app cache, nothing works. Wasted my money on lifetime subscription

Every photo I try to edit comes over in the blue color and you can’t fix it. Waste of money.

Can not use after paid for subscription frustrating and disappointing can’t even find where to cancel

I like BackgroundChangerEraser a lot but what would make this 5 star is to Also be able to use videos

Works well if you use their stock images for backgrounds but if you use one of your own photos it just turns blue. And is basically unusable

I’ve been needed to cancel this subscription but am finding it impossible to figure out how! I didn’t want to write this on a review, but I don’t know how else to ask for help!

Very easy to use

I had not run across a photoshop app with so many option the trial is worth paying for

So easy to use and LOTS of choices! I LOVE BackgroundChangerEraser!!!! I use it all the time
