Zero use for this app - not worth the fee

I used this app once under the free 7 day trial. However, after trying it out, I realized it wasn’t what I needed. A couple days went by and I forgot to cancel within 7 days, and I was then billed as expected. The issue is, there is no way to contact them for a refund/customer service issues. I’ve cancelled the subscription the same day I was billed, and I have zero use for this app. Money down the drain. I do not recommend.
False advertising

I was charged $25 even though it advertised a 7-day free trial. I had cancelled the subscription before the seven days. Also, if you are looking to erase the background and add a simple white background, this app doesn’t offer that color option. It does have about five solid background color options. There are cheaper, better options out there.
Unable to change background

After uploading pictures its all glitchy yellow. Nothing happens while changing background. Basically i cannot do anything after i upload a pic because of the yellow glitchy background. Tried uninstalling the app, deleted app cache, nothing works. Wasted my money on lifetime subscription
