Why is it so hard to make it user friendly? It is not clear what’s next, how to save, where is the button for colorization, how do I get from one process to the next with the same photo? I have tried many of these apps and they all have a problem. This one however had the best results. It was just hard to get there. There should be a page that is your work sheet. Your images you are working on and a button for each process available. These should be right with the photos. Then a big f* o* button to save it to your photos. Why do I have to travel all around PhotoEnhancer , wondering if my photo is still there somewhere while I look to find another application, like color, or enhance? I came from using MyHeritage photo enhancing. They have something amazing there. It is not perfect because you are also pushing a lot of buttons to get where you want to go but the results are so awesome. The trees in the background are considered as well as the person in the photo. So far though, PhotoEnhancer works better than many of the other apps so three stars.

Awful. You upload a photo and it splits it down the middle vertically, disregards the rest of the photo, enhances that left half of the photo and does a terrible job. ———————— Hi Developer! I read your reply and I stand by my original single star: There is no opportunity to crop. The program moves too fast. I have a photo, I press the scan button, It goes to camera mode, I choose the photo button in the bottom right, I select my photo, my photo becomes somewhat grayed out, the number “1” appears on top of it. I click “Import” There’s a fox running across the screen and it says “photo detecting” Then in one fast fell swoop I see a dotted line around a photo, it crops it to half the photo, down the middle like I described previously, with a vertical bar going down the left half of my photo. Then I press the enhance button and there is no improvement whatsoever. I stand by my original rating of one star.

I never write reviews (seriously) but PhotoEnhancer is THAT good & deserves a review.
I love PhotoEnhancer for a couple reasons #1. It does a beautiful job at taking horrible quality photos and somehow turning them into REALLY good looking quality pictures! Especially on a PHONE! It’s crazy — I used to photoshop often & this is almost just as good & it’s crazy that it’s possible to do on a phone!
#2. Is that you don’t HAVE TO PAY for it! You can do it for free if you don’t want to buy the subscription. The only thing with the free version is while your photo is being processed you have to watch a 30 second ad video. But that’s nothing compared to what PhotoEnhancer does for your photos.

How many hours have you spent editing photos you’ve taken. Before purchasing this program I spent hours and hours of editing while watching television each evening. PhotoEnhancer allows you to edit 10 times the number of photos you would if you had to do the manually, and the results look just as good if not better. I highly recommend this regardless of the quality of photos you were editing. The results are phenomenal on older photos as well as brand new ones.

First of all PhotoEnhancer does not rotate to work on landscape mode on an iPad. Seems easy to use to covert pictures into a better quality but how do you add your photos???? You show examples but there is no easy intuitive way to click something to allow you to select your own photos from your library. I’m not interested in playing around with the examples which is what is the only thing I see on the homepage. I just purchased this for $10 but it is frustrating that I don’t see any easy way to add my photos for editing! A simple + button to be able to select my photos would have been sufficient. Highly frustrating.

I’ve played around with a few online deep learning photo enhancers, and expected a bit better performance from this, based just on the samples shown. But in PhotoEnhancer , I took a screenshot of the “before portrait” photo they showed enhanced (and there’s even a demo letting you choose that source image). But when I tried to enhance a screenshot of their own original image, it did NOT come close to their example using the same source photo. So PhotoEnhancer is claiming something it doesn’t actually do. I think this is dishonest.

Doesn’t do ANYTHING to reduce noise, once you do any sort of noise reduction in PhotoEnhancer it looks more like you used a cartoon or art filter on your photo. On top of this, you have to watch multiple ads while waiting for your photo to load, and then you also have to wait a long loading time while editing after clicking anything to change your photo. PhotoEnhancer is also constantly trying to ask you to pay for a pro version of PhotoEnhancer . I’ll honestly just stick to Picsart, not worth it.

My dad sent me a few screenshots of our family yearbook like 20 years ago. This thing turned those photos taken by our old sony to something produced by an DSLR!! The pixels are all gone and color seems to be a lot more smoother. Love what PhotoEnhancer does and would definitely recommend it to others!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

PhotoEnhancer is a gamechanger. Has functions such as sharpening old blurry images, scratched images and even making black and white turn to color.

It excellent at making pictures sharper. There is a standard function and a pro version. The standard function is faster. However the pro function takes it to another level.

The scratches are removed by AI. It isn’t so great if they involve the details of the face like the eyes, mouth and ears.

Colorizing is hit or Miss.

Animation is decent.

Mind you I paid for lifetime use of PhotoEnhancer . It has limited function without paying.

I must have been asleep when I paid for PhotoEnhancer.
The examples they show will NEVER be your results.
Many times, after waiting for it to process I find absolutely no difference between the original and the “newly enhanced”.
Yet I’m stuck with using it sometimes out of desperation and the hope that “maybe this time it will look like Remini.”
Moments ago, I had restoration project plugged in.
Two gentlemen seated in two chairs circa 1890’s.
After doing all preliminary work, getting it cleaned up and adjusting settings for optimal clarity. It finally finishes.
One gentleman has lost his mustache entirely on the right side and his left eyeball is bulging out of his head.
The results were no better for the gentleman in the other chair.

Save your money.

You get a few free credits unless you purchase, but I've been finding with these types of apps the annual fee isn't too bad, especially if you are an avid photo editor and especially if the apps are good at enhancements and extras like this one is.

It’s exactly what I was looking for and it works on other pics like game characters it perfect you need to install and you don’t have to pay it’s free and if you don’t like it you can always delete it so what are you waiting for

First off, what PhotoEnhancer will let you do without a subscription is fair to good. My problem is that I have repeatedly done different things, and PhotoEnhancer will not recognize my subscription. I even tried to contact app support but it seems to be the only link that “will not work”. I had high hopes for PhotoEnhancer after reading their glowing descriptions of what it offered, but beware they may just take your money and not fulfill their agreement.

I wasn’t expecting the enhance feature to actually work, since I’ve seen so many fail videos but it actually worked! There is an ad before it actually enhances it, but it’s worth it. Overall, I’m pretty happy with PhotoEnhancer .

Tried canceling my Yearly Pro-Membership 1-year $9.99 , but I cannot find a way to do this!! I went to my I-Phone 11 settings…. Under my name found where Enhancer Fox Photo-Enhancer is, but there wasn’t a place for canceling my subscription! My banker suggested I try to cancel it this way…. I cannot be charged the fee ongoing like this!! I thought Enhancer Fox Photo Enhancer would give me the option to cancel whenever I chose to, month by month. No where does PhotoEnhancer state you cannot cancel a subscription! I don’t have the money at this time to pay, & absolutely need to cancel. I have tried to find online other ways to cancel; nothing works! **Canceling a subscription should Not be this difficult!

I am not pleased!

Thought that I was going to be charged an insane amount of money for PhotoEnhancer but like it can only do so much for a really awful quality photo so take it with a grain of salt so other than that it’s a pretty good app for the cost.

PhotoEnhancer does amazing enhancing, would defiantly recommend for the photo option. However I can’t say the same for video. It says “one extra card can enhance 30 second videos, this video requires an extra card” said video is only 7 seconds long

I bought this bc my photo quality can be trash sometimes, but even when I use the super model thing, all it does sometimes is make the photo have a matte texture. I guess it works sometimes and when it works, it works flawlessly, but 95% of the time it’s not too good

I downloaded PhotoEnhancer to try it out, and decided to try out the free 7-day subscription just to see if it was worthwhile.

Not only did I immediately get charged for it, but the photo quality editing tool was laughably terrible and made my photos look worse than before.

I have no idea how to get a refund, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth.

What are you waiting for?! Hands down best app out there. Even the most blurry photos will clear up. Absolutely love PhotoEnhancer.

I was enhancing my photos in my iPhone but wanted something more so I gave this a try. I can do most of this myself using my iPhone but this does it for me at a quicker pace

This was by far the best. It always clears the picture up. Always. I had another one but somethings it only makes the picture even more blurry.

Update:

I have PhotoEnhancer on my iPad and iPhone. It works fine on my iPhone, but it’s slow on the iPad. Perhaps it’s not optimized for it? I upgraded my review, because PhotoEnhancer works great on the iPhone. Love PhotoEnhancer otherwise! Keep up the good work!

I just paid 19 dollars for life time and started to use it. When you go to option blur background it starts to process by giving you a percentage process and it gets stocked in 99% and never finishes process cycle. It just stays there. I had to terminate the application in order to get out of there. I will request for money reimbursement.
