Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyTEAM app issues:

Force Stop the MyTEAM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyTEAM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyTEAM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyTEAM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyTEAM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
