App never fully works, crashes and you get to start over, too many steps to do one thing, designed by someone who has never worked out in the field dealing with properties and has nothing else to do but sit in a office
I can no longer access the tape chart from PropertyCareX ! This was the only reason I used PropertyCareX ! Please fix this back the way it was! I don’t want to have to change software but this is a major inconvenience!
This was designed by someone old or with a community college degree. If you’re here, your company likely HAS to use PropertyCareX and there’s no freedom in sight. Welcome to the worst app you’ll ever use, and awesomely, it’s one that’s tied to your livelihood! Enjoy daily frustration and hopelessness.
Unwieldy, clunky, multiple steps to do something simple. Hard to read how much time you’ve worked on a project. Ended up using a different app to track time.
PropertyCareX constantly has issues. It will not let you submit reports for inspections and the issues are never addressed by property care
Error with trying to reset password. Doesn’t even direct me anywhere. Work on this trash app.
Please fix the calendar it’s not even useable. The calendar in the old property care SL was much better.

Can you add a house search button in tape chart. There are hundreds houses and I have to check all lines.
Also you can add a review link in PropertyCareX I can tell you all problems.
Not sure if all of the 1-star reviews are just Internet trolls but PropertyCareX is completely fine and is able to manage our 110 homes. All apps have bugs and things that may annoy you but in essence PropertyCareX satisfies the need to organize work orders and cleanings for a property management company.
