It’s a fun little game, but very short and ad heavy. There are not many hotels and the highest floor level is 8. It begins to feel a bit redundant.

The ads are frequent even when you skip the offer to watch for extra in-game currency. That’s the other thing, the option to skip watching extra ads is placed in a way you will end up clicking to watch one more often than not.

There is an option to go ad free for $1.99. Also one for VIP which is $5.99 weekly. The problem is why would you you? The levels/hotels just repeat. I don’t think there are more than 8 or 9 hotels.

There are outfits you can purchase or watch videos for, but again, why would I? It doesn’t impact the game and you’re still looping the same hotels/levels again and again.

There is a lot that could be done to make this a truly charming app. Outfits could have perks. Hotels could open up new/secret floors with certain achievements. Heck, just add more hotels in general. There could be a hotel manager you have to dodge, or special guests that speed up or slow down the elevator. Lots of potential to keep it engaging.

For now it’s one of those couple days of mindless fun type of things. I hope to see improvements. For now it’s getting archived.

Not sure why there are only six or so hotels to cycle through. Once you’ve gotten through all the levels of all the hotels it starts over from hotel number one. And once you’ve purchased all the outfits, there’s nothing left to spend money on. 🤷🏾‍♀️ You watch videos for the premium outfits but there’s nothing else to the game. I’ve been playing mindlessly since there’s still some level of fun to it, but, it’s lacking a lot to make it a better game. I did support, but developers need to add a little oomph. No point to getting VIP access, just FYI. Cause it’s not like you’re playing against other people. 🥲 Don’t see the point paying for two outfits with real money and on a weekly basis at that.

Sometimes you want to play a simple game that doesn’t demand a lot out of you. Hotel Elevator was just such a game…until it got “updated”. Imagine my frustration when I grabbed my iPhone and my old friend didn’t work! All it does is open the elevator door and then…nothing! I tried pushing the buttons but all they did was show ways for me to spend money for more “upgrades”. All I could do was to shut it down and search for something equally mind-numbing. It’s a shame. Before the update, I would have given it 5 stars. Now? No work, no stars. (It’s getting 1 star because I have to in order to post.) Updated into oblivion.

UPDATE: I deleted HotelElevator and reloaded it. All was well until…I missed achieving a goal and was confronted with choices in Russian! Then I checked what info it collected. I immediately deleted HotelElevator ! Beware!

Great game if could keep adding more levels. You keep playing but would be fun to update with new levels and keep expanding the game. This is my go to game when a little time and before bed. Would love some more levels like the robot or octopus creatures. Please create some more ideas for expanding.

Loving the new update, but everytime I try to play or switch tabs, it freezes or gives me the background screen and then, nothing pops up. You guys need to patch your game or update it again because of the glitches/bugs-can’t play if it’s going to keep messing up like that.

This was my go to game to pass the time, it was a glitch free experience. Since there latest update 3.0.6 the game on my iPhone is unusable, once you pass the main screen the game freezes. I need to close HotelElevator in order for it to close, and there is no way to get through to customer support or any kind of tech-support. Please beta test your products before doing a massive UI upgrade. I hope they fix it soon or I will have to lower my rating of the game

I was leery at first due to lack of reviews and let downs from other games I’ve downloaded looking for something similar, but satisfyingly surprised at how it’s turning out! No overt ad-spam like some games, and levels are getting trickier as I go! Been playing about an hour....hope it keeps up!

Highly fun and addictive game! HOWEVER, there are only 6 hotels to get through, and then it just repeats itself over and over again. I can’t give it higher than a one star rating because even though it’s a fun game, it goes nowhere. I can finish the whole game in about an hour before it just starts the vicious cycle over. That’s sad! The creators need to create more levels, and make it more challenging. I believe 8 floors is the highest a level will go…how about more?!? I will change my rating to 5 star once they add more content!

This is my 2nd day playing this game and I really like it. However, there was a big update and there’s lots of bugs. I can’t actually play a level, I press the settings button and nothing happens, all the tabs at the bottom do not work except for the store tab. I have the iPhone 12 so I’m not sure if it’s just my phone or what. Please help.

I really love this game. I would rate it higher if it had two things—harder levels, and a way to spend the money earned if you’ve already bought all the costumes.

Basically, this game is in a forever loop where you play the same levels over and over again. And the money accrued means nothing after you’ve earned everything.

Again, love the game as a time passer, but don’t expect challenges.

If you’re reading this, I totally recommend this game! It’s really fun. I love how you can change the clothes of your person and I also really like how we have to take the people who fix certain stuff, like taking the ghostbuster guy to the floor with the ghost so he can catch it. This game is awesome 👏🏻.

A few weeks ago I would’ve given this a MUCH better rating and I thoroughly enjoyed this game! But since the update about a week ago, I can load the “in-app” store, I can load the level screen and then it freezes again! I cannot get into the actual levels or even get to actual game play anymore! I’m very disappointed as this was one of the few games I actually enjoyed playing on a regular basis!

This game is fun and even challenging on certain levels, and deserves at least a 4 or 5 star rating, but...

Just applied the new update but after one ad the in-game sounds stop working, which depending on the hotel you’re playing in can be crucial to your success. But when the next ad rolls around, those sounds still work. You have to keep closing and reopening the game to get the sound back which only lasts until the next ad.

Offer your users some legitimate support, and fix the only issue I can find with the game in the few months I’ve been playing it, and I’ll gladly give you a much higher rating.

The game is fun starting out but there's not much content included. Unlocked everything in just a couple days and they're asking for $6 PER WEEK??? For what??? 1,000 daily cash and a skin. 1,000 cash doesn't even get you some of the outfits lol. Obviously they're just trying to trick people into subscribing and forgetting about it so they can pocket $6 per week. This is also known as scamming. You're better off putting your money into a shredder than giving it to these greedy developers.

I like this game before it had levels it’s relaxing. And update the game fine but nothing works. Go to the map area blank, clothes blank, try and start the level, freezes get out of the game restart and I lost a life, the only area that seems to be working is the area where people buy things. I’m gonna give this one star cause it requires me to give a star. Also the settings button doesn’t work so this is the only way to let you know it’s not working.

Need more sound,.My iPhone only vibrates when putting out the fire,.Gas,.etc..Would love 2 hear more sound,.Elevator ding to the riders..☺️

So, when I see a boring ad I most of the time I would not think of it, but when I looked at the stars I said well what do other people like in it then I looked at the long reviews and so I wanted to get it, at first it was no so fun but when I unlocked floor 4 it became really fun.

This is a fun game but once you’ve cycled through all the different hotels there is no more challenge. There is so much potential for this game, more floors in the hotels, more hotels, something to spend your game currency on just to name a few. It’s still cute as is if you just want some mindless fun

The game is ok at first. They have no power-ups or anything to advance. Do after a while you keep having to watch ads in order to continue playing levels. Extremely annoying after a while. It needs some power-ups or blocks for you to start advancing. The elevator doesn't go faster at any point in time. Just wish it was better.

My game updated 5 days ago it shows, but it says my level & I click Start, but nothing happens. I’m hoping this will be fixed soon. My daughter loves this game & plays it often so we’re hoping this gets worked out.

Game is simplistic and a great time waster but they must be out of their rabid minds to think people would pay $6 a WEEK. That, in itself, takes stars from my review.

The game needs challenges, timers while the customers are on the elevator, side tasks, playable upgrades. This is a standard game that's not that challenging but fun enough to play.

At first this game is pretty cool. I’ve already unlocked all outfits and completed all levels while sitting here at my Dr appointment. After you complete all the levels it just starts over. It needs new levels. If it had more things to do I’d give a 5 , but since it just starts over I have to give a 3.

I love the game but I hate that when there walking into your thing they can still change colors and or leave also on the mummy level I get a mummy can’t even drop off or pick anyone up another mummy thing there’s to many mummies
