This is a horrible app. It only works sometimes. Most of the time out does not. I’ve was logged in and using HTCommunityChallenge since the challenge started and now I just get a Connection Error everyone I launch HTCommunityChallenge . This has been going on for three days. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times, tried opening HTCommunityChallenge on WiFi and cellular networks, but none of this has made a difference. Seems like every year there is some issue with HTCommunityChallenge that takes weeks to resolve. When I could connect, I had to manually sync my Garmin activities everyday even though the auto sync was selected. Pretty much a worthless app.
HTCommunityChallenge notifies me to update it but when I try, there’s nothing to update. Looks good, wish there was a way you could drill down to get more detailed information from the dashboard
It’s not consistent when checking in. I’m told now that they’re removing points.
I just deleted it. Not worth the headache

Google Maps and points taken from some and not others without explanation of why?
I have been trying to login for 4 weeks. I have deleted HTCommunityChallenge and downloaded over a half a dozen times. I had this same issue in 2022.
HTCommunityChallenge has tons of issues every year. Even after updates, there are still issues. I work at an elementary school and teachers are excited to start their fitness journey. We introduce HTCommunityChallenge every year. Yet every year, we run into issues that do not make that journey easy. One teacher was uploading a picture of her salad for a lunch entry and HTCommunityChallenge used that picture as her main profile picture instead. You gotta fix HTCommunityChallenge so its not too crazy next year.
Cannot update. Navigate to App Store and there is no option other than “open” 🤷🏼♀️
I downloaded HTCommunityChallenge and joined. But HTCommunityChallenge stopped working all of a sudden and you can’t go to the Community link anymore. I don’t know when will they fix the problem.
App says that there is an update and reminds me each time I open. Even the message to update has been updated. But when I come to HTCommunityChallenge Store and go to HTCommunityChallenge it doesn’t have an up date to download.
Where do I need to update HTCommunityChallenge , it doesn’t guide me on where to go.
Nice app but when I try to report don’t work just keep downloading
I kept getting notices to update, but no updates are available.
It keeps telling me to update HTCommunityChallenge but when I go to HTCommunityChallenge Store there is no update available. It’s been glitching for a few days: won’t load all pages unless I close out of HTCommunityChallenge entirely and log back in every time I try to load a new page
Some improvements are needed but for a free app, it has great features and inspires a community to think healthier and make better choices 👏👏👏
So easy to use! The dashboard is my favorite and gives a great visual of my progress through the day/week/ month.
It’s so user friendly and I love getting to see everyone’s photos

HTCommunityChallenge has grown so much in recent years, offering improve functionality and more interesting ways to get healthier and connect with my community. Join the challenge! It’s worth it.
For a fairly new app, I feel that they have done a great job bringing people together across Texas around health. I love that I can have a friendly health competition at the touch of my fingers. The ITT Community Challenge keeps me motivated to keep up with regular healthy eating and exercise.
Great for accountability, helps me stay on track with my goals. I look forward to every year.
