App Does Not Connect

This is a horrible app. It only works sometimes. Most of the time out does not. I’ve was logged in and using the app since the challenge started and now I just get a Connection Error everyone I launch the app. This has been going on for three days. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times, tried opening the app on WiFi and cellular networks, but none of this has made a difference. Seems like every year there is some issue with the app that takes weeks to resolve. When I could connect, I had to manually sync my Garmin activities everyday even though the auto sync was selected. Pretty much a worthless app.
Bugs and issues

This app has tons of issues every year. Even after updates, there are still issues. I work at an elementary school and teachers are excited to start their fitness journey. We introduce this app every year. Yet every year, we run into issues that do not make that journey easy. One teacher was uploading a picture of her salad for a lunch entry and the app used that picture as her main profile picture instead. You gotta fix the app so its not too crazy next year.
App Won’t Update

The app notifies me to update it but when I try, there’s nothing to update. Looks good, wish there was a way you could drill down to get more detailed information from the dashboard
It’s not consistent when checking in. I’m told now that they’re removing points.
I just deleted it. Not worth the headache
