How to fix Planter app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Planter app on iPhone
Update Planter app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planter iPhone app

Fix Planter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Planter app issues:

Force Stop the Planter App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Planter app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Planter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planter App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Planter app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Planter.

Fix Planter unable to contact server/ Planter internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Planter » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Planter » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Planter on android.
