I asked to please not be billed and cancel this since May of 2023 and you are still charging me please reimburse since May and cancel this now.
my subscription had ran out and my card that was on file had expired. I put in my new card info it took the payment now it will not go to my collection when I hit the button it’s saying I have to pay again or start a free trial.
I have not use the software and I believed that I canceled my subscription but I got billed. I went back and cancelled my membership already. Can you please retract the charge. Thank you and apologize for any inconvenience.
Platform is great, yet player database lacks

The functionality and platform itself is great to use, yet the player database is missing some rather basic cards. I mainly wanted to use it to track my collection and half of my collection cannot be tracked correctly because the database does not have the card. Makes the collection aspect useless. After my first month I may look for another platform that is beneficial for my collecting.
Not every card we buy individually

For cards that we get from boxes or cards that are older and are passed down, you should include something that doesn’t make us put a purchase price or purchase date. Would be nice if this was also made for a regular collector and not just investor. Thanks.
