Arcademy: Live Claw Machines Reviews

Our family loves claw machines especially when you can win good quality toys and products out of them. They are so much fun and addicting. We just played this today and are absolutely thrilled about the prizes we won. Hopefully, they are true to picture and description but considering we just won, we will have to get back to you on that once we get them shipped to us. I agree with the other reviews that There should be an option to gain coins other than through just purchases. Like they said maybe with the option to watch a few amount of ads, surveys, maybe a wheel or a side game to give you options to win back some coins. Also, it does not say how often you update your products within the machines, maybe some details requiring when you have new items Available? Notification or email perhaps? That would be great! I like the fact that with the whole pandemic, my daughter and I can still play our favorite machine right from home rather than going out to an actual arcade at this time. It gives us something to look forward to when we have some extra cash. And the excitement of waiting for our prizes in the mail. Thanks so much guys! There was no lag what so ever, a few glitches but nothing a refresh couldn’t handle, easy to work for both my daughter and I, overall so far without seeing the actual prizes, satisfied. Definitely recommend!!

I have tried others apps like clawee,get-live and other as well but when ever I played those app now I am always getting failure to success grab and I even contacted services few times some are good but few aren’t even if you provide the urls video it’s seriously inaccurate they always dropped on us but thanks to this app I purchased gave it tried and I like it even it’s feels more normal functioning correctly sure some games are fun once you get hang of it but neat prizes little different as well but depending prizes your going for I am unsure I noticed quite of higher prize I do see some do and some don’t have camera and i am sure those one don’t they want try your luck without it but it’s takes practice you get it. I played few times won success prizes and shipping is pretty fast it’s amazing I be playing Arcademy when ever I have extra cash or iTunes credit it’s way better others

If you only want a week's worth of daily rewards for buying VIP and no items being delivered after winning, then I guess it’s the game for you. Why is there only a week's worth of bonuses for purchasing vip? That makes no sense. There should be bonuses each day for however long the VIP lasts. It’s so upsetting and scummy in my opinion. And yes you can still make a profit if you give daily bonuses to VIP’s so that’s not really an excuse. Not to mention, 90% of the items are those rectangles, clearly made with extremely slippery material, and a claw that has zero grip/strength to it. All of the box items are a scam. You cannot grip any of them. Best bet is to save up and keep tapping one of the “Easy Mode” prizes until you see those crochet toys, then go for the penguins. Winning isn’t even a good thing considering they don’t even send the prizes. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my items and they’re left on “Order Ready,” yet the items I won from other claw machine apps delivered within a few weeks to a month at most (items coming from China). Literally a waste of money. Game is legit a mess idk how it’s even allowed on Arcademy Store lol

Arcademy is extremely scummy. I downloaded it, played the free ones, and won something. Fun. Decided to pay $20 to play some more and win a couple more things.

I saw a review beforehand saying the vip games have oblong-shaped prizes that are impossible to grab but I brushed it off thinking the reviewer must have been going for more expensive prizes because what I previously played had normal ones.

But no. The machines they give you before you become a VIP player have normal-shaped prizes. The second you pay for Arcademy , all the machines—even the exact same prizes you were playing for before paying—are switched to only have these super oblong plushies representing the prize of the game. Every. Single. One.

I thought maybe I could still get one cause I fancy myself decent at these and if I waited for machines to free up maybe I could find one with a prize in a perfect position and get it but no, $20 down the drain with absolutely nothing to show for it.

I doubt anyone who’s put money into Arcademy has put it in a second time. Don’t try to think to yourself you’re good enough to still be able to win. It’s literally just nearly physically impossible to grab the prizes.

Completely scummy business model that will result in 0 return customers. There are plenty of other claw machine apps you can play instead. Do not download!

I would say, this game has a better chance of winning the prizes than others, but for a good reason. Most games ask you once to buy a VIP status for free shipping, or pay a certain amount once to get everything shipped for free. This game does not do that. They ask you to pay shipping for every single prize. And while it’s only $1.99, I spent $2.99 on a pack of coins, And $1.99 to get a prize shipped, thinking it’d be a one time thing and that I could get my other prize shipped out for free. Being a VIP should let me get my prizes shipped for free. If I have to pay for shipping for every prize, I should at least have priority shipping, not 4 weeks shipping. And the worst part is, 90% of the time, the games don’t even load. I had to search around for games to play, while most of them were black screens or just didn’t load. Sticking to playing winner winner from now on. I would come back to this game if all of the games actually loaded and weren’t black screens.

Ok this claw machine app is pretty good. I tried out others such as Clawee but none of them were that great. Then I downloaded this, it met my expectations. However, as I continued playing I noticed some things. First, the daily reward. I joined seven days in a row and opened my chest. I loved this game because of the strong claws and the daily reward. But I continued trying to get more yet it seemed like it just ended after playing for seven days. I would really like it to continue because I don’t want to spend a lot of money to keep buying coins. Next is the rewards, like all of the claw machine apps this one needs a high level to get better prizes. I don’t know if it’s just me but I leveled up and I still couldn’t get better prizes, only the ones for “newbies.” I don’t know what’s up but I would love to know about that and for you to continue the daily rewards, thank you.

(Edit : My problem fixed! The claw now moves and everything is fine now hope y’all enjoy your game! )Anyways so for me when I go on a claw machine and try and move the claw it just doesn’t move! I don’t know if this would happen to you guys but it’s very bad! I can’t play at all I won a thing from just pressing the button to grab. I did not move at all!!! Also another thing is it takes FOREVER to load the claw machine. Listen I don’t know what this glitch is because it never happens in these claw games but this might happen to you or might not though hope it doesn’t. I just got Arcademy and won some prizes. I put in my address and pressed ship. I got an email saying what my order number was and everything confirming that it went through with a track button that supposedly will update with a tracking number when the item shipped. I emailed the support asking how long it would take for the item to ship out. Fast forward 3 days and still not tracking number or any email back from the support team. The item still says it’s getting ready to ship. Please someone get back to me ASAP with a response about how long it will take for my order to get shipped out with a tracking number. Thanks. Ps: one of my order numbers is:” #2393”. I’ll update this review when there is any updates with this problem.

The reason I say Arcademy is really weird is because I don’t think that I don’t think that these call machine games don’t get updated that much so I honestly think download this game if UR look really want something new parents don’t want it in their house and if it’s like a plushy or something I’d be totally on here but I’m just saying this is not worth it at the gym download and it cost money and I already gives you a couple points but they had like it another part we’re like a Clemson game we get a more coins it would be really nice but I’m just saying don’t download Arcademy it’s not worth it your time it’s like gambling.

I’ve tried most of the claw apps available in Arcademy Store and it’s hard to win. most of the time it is delayed. It sometimes happens to Arcademy too but if you report the customer service responds immediately to your email. I actually want to get more tokens but the problem is the shipping.. Soon I’ll move to the Philippines. if I buy more tokens I don't think I’ll be able to get my prizes incase I win because shipping takes a while to be delivered and I don’t think they ship to the Philippines since Arcademy isn’t available in the country(?)… I’m trying to invite my friends to play Arcademy but they can’t see Arcademy

So my friend told me about Arcademy. I was hesitant at first, but quickly became obsessed with playing it. They have glitches once in a while, but if you e-mail them, they’ll refund you your credits that were glitched, or send you your prize if it doesn’t show up in your “prizes won” section, and ask them nicely.

I’m only giving four stars though, because they raised their prices up so much. You judged to be able to get 2,500 tokens for 9.99, and that isn’t a thing anymore.

This isn’t my first claw game app so right away after downloading I paid for more coins and VIP which gets you free shipping for your prizes. Since downloading and paying, I haven’t won a single prize. I noticed all the prizes are these long blobs that are impossible to ever actually grab. Every single one, is this stuffed oblong thing instead of the actual prize or container for the prize. It looks nothing like the photos/videos in Arcademy Store. Now after reading the negative reviews here, I see that once you buy VIP you can ONLY play games that have these impossible to grab objects. You’ll NEVER win. The idea should be that after you pay you should win MORE often, not the other way around. How can I no longer be at this VIP status? Is there any way to undo and go back to regular play?

Been playing the game for a hot minute, super fun however I still have not received my prizes. Clawee I think does a much better job shipping your stuff but Arcademy is much more affordable but there is no cool mini games to win coins without spending money which is annoying…just hoping I get my prizes because like I said I put a lot of money into this game. They haven’t even sent me the PlayStation gift card which is supposed to be emailed….so we will see lol. But I’ll change my rating once I get my stuff cuz besides that it’s great.

hey bffs Arcademy works fine idk why the reviews are bad the only thing i’m waiting on is the prize :) it literally took me one try to get this alpaca plush and i got a confirmation email for delivery right away. it was 100% free too and took 5 seconds which is pretty scary because i feel like it’s not trustworthy at all and i just gave my address to some sketchy stranger but i’ll update as soon as i get the plush if it even comes i gotchu guys i really hope this isn’t a scam though and that i don’t die lol

update: hey!! the alpaca actually came in after 20 days which is really surprising. it looks exactly like the picture which is really fun so wooo c: i’m happy i didn’t die and it wasn’t a scam so if you want to play this game then go ahead i really hope it doesn’t glitch for you because it seems like that keeps happening with everyone else!

Ive played several claw machine type games. This is the first one to negatively effect your gameplay once you go vip. Before vip the claw machine was different smaller animal shaped stuffies to pick up to get your prize, I won three prizes. I saw that I could either pay for shipping separately or get vip for free shipping and more tokens to play. So I went vip. Afterwards all claw machines changed to ones with extra large oblong, clearly heavy and beat up stuffed things to pick up. There's only like six different machines too and it just picks one for you to play it's not based on the prize you're trying to get. I don't think it's possible to pick up after having started too several times and it dropping due to weight.

At first I gave it three stars because I couldn’t get My 5 prizes claim because I couldn’t put my address in on my tablet or iPhone but I added a keyboard to my iPad and I was able to fix address so as of right now 5 stars unless I don’t get my items won I’ll keep you posted so i started getting my prizes in the mail I’m happy with it. However there must been update because tokens cost more now and I’ll my prizes that i won and my deposit show empty

I put this as 4 stars originally but now that I’m getting my prizes in the mail I am updating it to 5 stars. This game is definitely legit and not a scam like a lot of the other claw machine games I’ve played. It does take awhile to get prizes, but it’s international shipping and they do tell you that it takes about 45 days for shipment right away. I’ve won about 30 prizes already and I am so happy to see they have finally put more prizes to win! I am obsessed with this game lol

This game has many bugs and a lot of problems. First off, after you spend many coins to play a game and you finally win, you have to pay even more coins to actually claim the prize. I spent a lot of coins on a prize and won. But when i got to the claiming page it had asked me for more coins to ship it. I already got the VIP ( with free delivery ) and never received the prize. Also the time it takes to load a game is buggy and doesn’t work often. Also, you have to buy VIP before anything can ship, it’s $9.99. This game experience was horrible and i do not recommend playing this game unless you want all your money stolen.

Hi! I’m Ava and as a ten year old, I love this game. I would recommend getting it because it’s fun and easy. I only gave this game 4 stars because of the large prices. One thing I need to complain about is that I won three prizes, but I can’t ship them because I’m not willing to buy a token pack. In conclusion, this game is awesome, I’d recommend getting it, but I would like if shipping could be free. I hope you have a great experience with Arcademy just like I did and still do.

Today I downloaded and played Academy call machine game on my phone and my last $84 went to playing for a seal pillow. As I was playing I won the prize, but it never showed up in my wins in my profile and there is no one to help me. This was such a waste of time and I was definitely disappointed. I wish the people who made Arcademy would fix this issue! That is why I’m only giving Arcademy one star. Play this at your own risk!
