How to fix Streamer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Streamer app on iPhone
Update Streamer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Streamer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Streamer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Streamer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Streamer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Streamer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Streamer » click [Force Stop]

Update Streamer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Streamer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Streamer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Streamer.

Fix Streamer unable to contact server/ Streamer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Streamer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Streamer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Streamer
