Hard to use, not for foreigners

1. There are two options When you try to make a payment online. Zain cash only for the local. Paid by areeba with visa or master cards. Cannot go through the gate. Payment failed all the times.
2. Only paid with IQD, the fixed currency ratio set by government is higher than market price. Which means you gotta paid more if you use the cards than cash.
