5 months agoNo progress in recovering my account as it is still not working. I can’t believe that you call yourself customer service when you don’t help. I have been sending multiple emails with a picture of the exact issue and you tell me to reinstall the app. That’s the first thing that I did when this did occur. More than a week ago now. I just want my account back working. I did enjoy the game before you weirdly took that away. I want to play again but still after many uninstalling and reinstalling the app haven’t had any luck. This week of not playing has dropped my rank. I was just hitting Diamond when the app stopped working. I believe now I have dropped again at least down to Gold. Any longer and will be back to bronze. I worked hard for my rank. Won 1st place in the bronze and silver, which that is another thing I didn’t receive my grand prize of $80. I would show you but as you are aware can’t access my account. Are you even taking my issue seriously. I don't see anything helpful or progress in recovering this issue. Compensation should be required for myself for the damages and loss of this. I deserve this as what you have done to my account. I won all my games fair and square. I was playing and depositing money daily. I have already sent all my transactions on a previous email showing all the money I have given to you. I have lost a lot won some as well. Also the initial withdrawal for start of the game when I first started hasn’t been sent yet. On top of everything else. Please fix my account and also compensation is greatly needed for all the damages you have done to my rank. I expect some sort of response. I better not receive another generic response again for you AI. I want a real response from a real person. Also why isn’t there a contact number for your company. You claim all these people that have downloaded your games. You can’t tell me you don’t have more issues like this. This Game Was Ok At First
I don’t leave reviews, unless something goes wrong and customer support doesn’t help. With that being said, I’ve been playing this game for over a month now. Everything was fine until a few days ago, when the game had a glitch. I entered a few cash games and won. Then I decided to enter a game with diamonds, with a cash prize. That game glitched and crashed taking everything I had except for $.80. I contacted customer support and sent them a screenshot of my game history, while showing $.80. A couple days later, they told me to screenshoot the game that glitched and crashed. I asked them how was I supposed to do that. They told me that game wasn’t in my records and that all my winnings plus what I already had equals $.80. I won 3 games in a row before the glitch happened. Those 3 winnings plus what I had before the glitch equaled more than $.80. Since I didn’t have a screenshot of the glitched/crashed game, I was told that nothing would be done. They came back asking if I needed help with anything, while saying the ticket will be closed if I don’t respond. However, I never got the opportunity to respond because they immediately closed the case after asking if I needed help. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW IF ANYTHING CHANGES. I tried clicking App Support, but it kept taking me to a website that wouldn’t allow me to send anything. However, my game name is Milan.

Do not buy in any money to this game. If you can watch all the videos collect all the free diamonds and free bonus cash and then win, withdraw as soon as you hit the minimum. But it’s not likely that will happen. They let you win all the easy games but when you get just enough to play a big game, they won’t even match you with a player, they say “play now we will find your opponent” and wait for you to finish. And they go to their vault of pre-recorded games and find one that’s higher for that same lay out and then say that was your opponent so you lose. Then they hide behind the “we match you up with people of equal ability so it’s fair” but their objective is for you to have a 50% record. That way they win all the time, because they cut 1/6 of all the entry fees on every single game. If you play a game for $1.80, you can win $3.00. That means they are taking $0.60. If you win one and lose one, you just lost $0.60. Players can’t win when it’s being forced to be a 50-50 record for everybody.

Not worth it in my opinion
I went ahead and tried this game and found that I could when the small games, but when I tried for the 2nd tier games, numbers where not called that was on my card and I never had a single chance of winning those games. Yea, you can play 10 games and build up, but once you spend a little more and lose, it’s right to the smaller games to build back up and to be honest I don’t know if you are playing against bots, because the names of the players was just a number? I want to believe that when they say fair they mean it, but I guess if you create an app, your goal is to make money and if you are letting everyone win, then you are not making money. If I could spend all day playing the smaller paid games, I would but I just feel like it’s a waste of time and I am not a huge gambler and could never sit in front of a slot machine for more than 5 or 10 minutes and not win.
