I logged into PocketFm today to continue the series I’ve been listening to, where 1 I am close to ep 2,000, and every single audiobook I was listening to reset back to 0! I still have my daily streaks and my coins but all audiobooks are reset as if I’ve never listened to them before! This has me really upset, I have adhd and don’t remember any of the eps I was on and having to spend a lot of time looking is gonna stress me out! Please fix this!

I pay for 60 minutes of free episodes everyday. That has not happened in a week or two. I'm very upset! I need this fixed asap. If not, I will notify my bank and get full refunds as well as, I will notify FCC and the State x attorney General of possible defrauding the American people. I am not getting video pictures anymore like I used to and that is very frustrating! I do get the audio only can you please fix this.

I'm on episode1799 of Saving Nora and on February 26, 2026 I purchased 337 coins for $29.99 and then again, on the same day, I purchased another 337 coins for $29.99 more. Total of 674 coins. I have e-mails confirming both transactions were successful. The money was taken out of my banking account. Now in the first part of March, I'm being told that I need to buy more coins. Please check this problem out and let me know when I have credit for all my coins.

There is no picture, just audio with ads in place of where the picture should be. Frustrating after deleting app, logging in and out etc like the faq said to do and nothing helped. Please fix.

I have been listening to The Royal Accident and spent way over $250.00 to listen. I reached episode 621 and listened. There is not 622 episode and the story is not over. Can you please let me know where I can find the next episodes? It seems like there are other listeners having the same problem. Is this a SCAM just to get our money

Why did you jack up the prices on my videos? I put in just a little money and that’s kind of crap that happens with you constantly I wish I’d never gotten hooked on any of your stories !! You definitely give me buyers remorse!!! I don’t understand why you keep doing that I don’t ask for much and you know I don’t have the money hi saved a little money just I could listen to my stories and I only get like four of each story that’s not very much and then the price gets jacked up really weird how that happens!!!

We were pocket charges you once you pay the prices go up to the episodes get trapped in the wall. I know I did more than enough!!! I've downloaded your site; but the problem with your site is the episode button won't scroll past episode 10. I have to manually click through episode by episode . How can this be corrected?

I recently purchased the PocketFM Premium subscription, and I am very disappointed with the experience compared to the free version. Before purchasing Premium, I used to get: 2–3 free episode unlocks daily. 1 episode unlock by watching ads. 1–2 episodes unlocked using coins. The ability to listen to all episodes (full or last) with daily unlocks or coins. However, after purchasing Premium, the experience has become much worse: I only get a 1-hour unlock per story When a story reaches the end, the last 30 episodes can only be unlocked with coins — no daily unlock option. with 8 ads can only unlock 1 episode , after which I cannot watch ads to unlock more. Premium does not provide any extra coins or additional benefits apart from the 1-hour unlock.

What happened to the story pics in the 'My Vampire Diaries' from episode 1743 and on? I'm on episode 1753 and still no pics yet.

I downloaded the app and have been listening to a really good series; however, I the app does not seem to have an option for the VIP membership. I am looking for this option, as purchasing coins is far too expensive for these long series. Please help, as I am using a Samsung A16 5G phone.

Why do I have to stop everything I am doing like driving working or anything else to restart the story I'm listening to after a advertisement. I am not stupid, I know advertising is how you make money. I just feel like I should not have to be inconvenienced afterwards.The story should restart where it was interrupted afterwards. I should not have to go running to phone to restart my story's every 5-10 minutes to start the story's I am listening to. I hate to say this because I really like all the story's I have picked out. My subscription for 3 day trail said I could see 15 episodes daily. Why is the series I'm watching not included.? Like the Mask Duke Bride. Isn't all series episodes included?

I tried to contact support and it told me I was not logged in and they were not able to retrieve my information. Have a good day. I went and logged out, then logged in and had to create a whole new account with a different email address and I lost everything I purchased and listen to - 2 different series and now I have to start over again and pay? Is there anyway I can transfer my purchases from one account to the current one. I remember there was a generic email address on the first account. Can you help me please? I would be so grateful I want to continue listening to these two series.

Suddenly the series I was following called Battle through the Heavens quit working! I was required to set up a new account! and now I can no longer access any of the episodes I was watching. I was on episode 1421. I bought the coins requested in order to finish the series. The program will not grant me access to continue it only allows me to watch episodes from the very beginning and even then it is charging me coins for those episodes which I have already watched! How can I get a refund for those coins and continue to finish up the remaining episodes of Battle through the Heavens? Moises

I get tired of going for free coins and World Series of poker commercials. Come on, they run one commercial. And then tell you you're not gonna get your reward if you cancel. So you play the second commercial? They still tell you you're not gonna get your reward if you cancel. How many times do you have to watch the same commercial to get a reward if it keeps happening?
