I go to scan my face then the camera freezes I take the picture and it just stays on the screen what a terrible app

This is too the developers when I start the app it just says fetching data and keeps loading one day I waited hours hoping it would work and I’ve tried redownloading it multiple times and still fetching data so if someone could help I would really appreciate that

Can’t even get past the login screen because it won’t let you log in with anything other than a phone number, which isn’t tied to my main gamer tag…. When then going and tying it to my main gamer tag , simply throws and error.. trash
