Why is the movzy is banned it will not let me download it if I change my state and please fix the problem so I can watch my free movies…

I had movzy app for a month now and 3weeks ago I uninstalled it and I tried to reinstall it and is saying that I have to change my country to watch it and I put in my right state and it still won’t let me download it. so is the wovzy free movie app banned it y’all trying to fix it bc why would y’all have a free app called movzy if y’all was going to taken it down and wouldn’t let me download it again if I change my state which that is ridiculous crazy And make no sense so if y’all going to fix it or not??
