Contact Facelab Support

I kept this on my phone for 4 hours. It worked fine but I only wanted to use it once and be done with it. I deleted the app, thinking that this would be enough to avoid the $7.99 subscription fee. The company never prompted me to begin the subscription. I was first charged and looked for a way to contact the company to let them know that I had not had app on my phone and that I did not want to have the subscription. I was unable to find their contact information. I was just recently charged again and finally figured out how to cancel my subscription through the settings on my iPhone. If you also had this problem Google “how to cancel a subscription on your iPhone.”

Overall, , i didnt like the app and a few minutes after i agreed to the 7 day free trial and subscription i changed my mind and wanted to cancel as it said i can right after i agreed to subscribe. It said the subscription can be canceled in setting before the next billing. so immediately i went to setting and clicked on the face lab app to cancel , however it did not give any option to cancel or unsubscribe. No option in phone setting and there wasn't any setting within the app itself. I am very upset i dont want to be charged every month for an app i dont want . I deleted the app anyway. How do i cancel and how to make sure i am not going to be charged every month for a deleted app?

This app looks nothing like the adds due and unless this is for the premium pack (which mostly everything is) I don’t see the button where you can change your hair color which was in the add so I’m also seeing other features that we in the add but not here. I think you guys really need to stop making everything premium because not everybody wants to spend there money on a dumb app that just changes your features a little bit. I think you should take some things off the premium pack so people can use them for free and add the features that you put in the add so people can actually use what they came for.
