Too much verification required

Decided to try this betting app out as they offered betting options not found on the other bigger betting apps. Completed sign up and registration. Tried to make first deposit and it requires that I add additional verification. I must then send them front and back pic of my driver’s license plus a selfie. I did so over and over and the site keeps saying Verification Failed with no reason why it failed. I have tried it 3 different times. Why do you need this additional verification when Fan Duel, Draft Kings, Bet MGM, Caesars, Wynn Bet, AND TwinSpires don’t require any such verification to sign up, deposit and start betting?!?!??
Won money then they locked my account

I won some money off of the free play codes they were using to amp up the book and I hit big on one of the free play bets and they just straight up locked me out of my account. They won’t answer any questions and say my account is under review and there is no time frame on the review. Don’t bet the free money if you plan turn it into cash or even stay logged into the book. Very unproductive customer service and even more unprofessional giving out free bets then shutting down the book.

Terrible interface. Horrible betting lines (other books are far fairer), but the worst part is when I try to withdraw my winnings, their system “has a bug that won’t allow withdrawals to MasterCard or Discover Cards at the moment, and there is no ETA on a fix.” Of course their system has no problem accepting deposits from MasterCard though. Just can’t withdraw. It’s suspicious at best. Downright illegal at worst.
