Great magazine, totally useless app

Like everyone says here, the magazine will fail to download rending offline reading impossible.
I’ve reinstalled the app several times, solves the issue for single magazine, them no download again.
Love the magazine but their decision to go with such incompetent publisher (hi-torque), will force me to cancel subscription. Really painful as would love to support high quality journalism in our industry.

Love the content, however the poor app performance (download an issue, yet can't view offline half the time or app tries to re-download?!?) and lack of customer service warrant only one star. I'm actually about to cancel my subscription I'm so frustrated. The app is an obvious afterthought and not a priority with the parent company of Mountain Bike Action.
Something broke

I used to download a bunch of issue for a trip now you can't download any. I watch it progress through the download progress until about 60%, then it stops. When you try to read again later you have to download again. What happened???
