I tried so, so hard to support the local sportsbook. I checked their odds every time I would look to place a wager. Action is the only book I use that doesn’t sync lines with Action Network or Betstamp, so the extra time spent would have justified if the lines were competitive or the promotions were worthwhile. I found myself placing maybe 2-3 wagers per week on Action. The mobile UI is also pretty painful compared to some of the other mobile books. I finally pulled my funds out and will redeposit at one of my other books. Wishing them the best of luck, however.

Keep your bets in Tennessee! This is a newer sports betting app, and the interface is improving weekly! Great customer support that has improved with time. It’s the same whenever you have new apps or businesses. Don’t look at old reviews from a year ago, it was a completely different company. They listen to their customers and update and improve every week! They now have promotions, PayPal accessibility, and a much easier interface to work with. It only gets better from here! Quit betting with the Big 3 nationally and instead bet on Tennessee! Go Vols!!!

I looked into creating an Action 247 account several months ago and was not impressed. They didn’t offer a wide enough range of sports and I couldn’t get in touch with customer service. Now, it’s the complete opposite. The customer service is especially great. Very easy to get them on the phone and they have been extremely helpful the two times I have called. Most bonus offers are fair or even better than other books. Give this local book a chance!

I almost signed up for the “Match up to $800 deposit!”. But, once I read the rules, I saw that I would have had to bet over $4,000 before I could withdraw ANY money if I deposited $800. What a load of crap. I’m picturing a novice gambler getting excited and winning a big bet, only to realize he couldn’t withdraw. Very shameful

Decided to try this betting app out as they offered betting options not found on the other bigger betting apps. Completed sign up and registration. Tried to make first deposit and it requires that I add additional verification. I must then send them front and back pic of my driver’s license plus a selfie. I did so over and over and the site keeps saying Verification Failed with no reason why it failed. I have tried it 3 different times. Why do you need this additional verification when Fan Duel, Draft Kings, Bet MGM, Caesars, Wynn Bet, AND TwinSpires don’t require any such verification to sign up, deposit and start betting?!?!??

I won some money off of the free play codes they were using to amp up the book and I hit big on one of the free play bets and they just straight up locked me out of my account. They won’t answer any questions and say my account is under review and there is no time frame on the review. Don’t bet the free money if you plan turn it into cash or even stay logged into the book. Very unproductive customer service and even more unprofessional giving out free bets then shutting down the book.

Wanted to support the local guys, but this platform is rough. Always pops up random ping pong events, and Russian basketball while making you click 2-3 times to get to NFL/College Basketball. Player prop section of bets makes zero sense and the offerings are weak. Often I can’t even find NCAA Division 1 basketball games. In the rare instance they offer promos you can’t figure out where to enter the codes. Hopefully they keep improving so we can support local, but DK, FD and Bet MGM are way ahead currently.

Easier to use than the big guys and this company is locally owned in Tn. Simple deposit/withdrawal process. Seems easy to navigate so far, at least for football bets. Also nice to know I’m “buying local” instead of from some big Vegas deal.

Action247SportsBettingApp interface isn’t as great as some of the other sportsbooks, but I love supporting local over vegas. Really good promos and customer service was very fast when I had an issue with free bets not showing up.

Terrible interface. Horrible betting lines (other books are far fairer), but the worst part is when I try to withdraw my winnings, their system “has a bug that won’t allow withdrawals to MasterCard or Discover Cards at the moment, and there is no ETA on a fix.” Of course their system has no problem accepting deposits from MasterCard though. Just can’t withdraw. It’s suspicious at best. Downright illegal at worst.

How am I supposed to play through my deposit bonus when my first wager is limited to $100? If you can’t take big action then don’t advertise it.

Team, we need to overhaul Action247SportsBettingApp . It’s clunky, the layout doesn’t make sense, and after a month of using it I am just now finding out features with props and all.

I took advantage of a promotion today and added funds to my account, which were then matched by Action247. I then bet this money. Unlike most other, more reputable betting services, my winnings are still considered “bonus funds.” How many times do I have to bet this money until it is mine? Very sketchy. Would not recommend.

Just started using Action247SportsBettingApp today and it’s so simple and way to use. Registering on Action247SportsBettingApp was sinple and my first bet was done sighing mins. Definitely using this for all my bets

If you are simply wanting a fun way to bet and support a local TN business, than it’s fine. However, the bonuses/promos are terrible compared to the other big three. Player props are beyond awful to access. You can’t bet unders on a lot of things. Better than nothing, but a LONG way to go.

This is my favorite Sportsbook! Has so many features and it is only getting better!

I want to use the local guys but Action247SportsBettingApp is frustrating. I end up using DraftKings to track lines and then flip over to the Action247 app to try and place bets. Often only to have Action247SportsBettingApp freeze on me. Playing through by promo then I’m out.

Too bad you can’t give it zero stars cause that’s what it deserves. Put money into my account last night so I could start betting on first round of March Madness today. As of 2 PM, Action247SportsBettingApp and website are down with an unknown tire of resolution. Can’t withdraw money or anything. My advice would be to stick to DraftKings or MGM

They try to push their “local” status cause theyre apparently the only Tennessee-based and operated book. Congrats. The actual app interface is light years behind the big names DRKNGs, FanD, Mgm for example. Maybe I’ll come back in 5 years when they catch up.

No easy way to deposit, it wouldn’t accept my debit card, and with other apps accepting PayPal, I’m not going to jump through hoops when this site offers few promotions and I don’t know how easy it is to withdraw. It’s extremely tough to compete with the major industry players who can offer significantly better promotions and have much stronger technology. I wish them luck but I don’t see this being sustainable.

Action247SportsBettingApp has a variety of sports, however, the interface and navigation of Action247SportsBettingApp is outdated. Action247SportsBettingApp ’s interface appears as a rushed product. Action247SportsBettingApp needs a major appearance upgrade. Action247SportsBettingApp is too new to look so outdated. TN has been waiting to approve sports gambling for a long time, in return, that gave Action247SportsBettingApp developer a substantial amount of time to arrange a more upscale look, but instead, this is the finished product.

Action247SportsBettingApp is so easy to use. Its from a home grown Tennessee company that hires Tennesseans and spends its money here. Its fun to place bets and win right here in Tennessee!

Mobile app is a joke. Hard to place bets. Withdraws and deposit aren’t smooth. Yeah it’s local people but you have to compete with the big dogs. They never made it to the steps of the porch.

There’s 4 apps currently for sports betting in Tennessee and this one is one of the worst payouts. The only one with ZERO promotions. And just overall a bad app.
