If you’re unfamiliar with the quote, then brush up on your Shakespeare! That said, there’s something very “rotten” about iThemes! I rarely write reviews; an app has to be extremely stellar or extremely “rotten” for me to actually write a review and unfortunately iThemes is the latter! Was I expecting every feature to be free? Certainly not! Was I expecting NO feature to be free? Certainly not! Outside of the wall papers, which I didn’t need or want, the only thing you get for “free” is the opportunity to make one (yes, one) custom icon or install one icon from all themes shown before iThemes prompts you to pay $5.99 for it. I was expecting (like almost every other app) for 2 or 3 of the themes to be free and the rest to be part of the “premium” option and that you would be told which is “premium” and which isn’t … not the case here! I went through ALL the themes and unless you try to install them, you wouldn’t know that none of them are free. I also reread the description above by the developer and it doesn’t make this distinction. I would have had no issue paying for iThemes if it made all these things clear up front, instead, it’s being deleted after less than a 1/2 day of being installed. “That one may smile and smile and be a villain.”

Paid version has Nothing the free version doesn’t have despite what it says. There are no additional icons. No additional themes. No additional widgets. I attempted to contact the dev though the email link, in his app, and the email bounced back as not an actual email. Since I can’t talk to him I asked Apple for a refund. It’s a fair price for an icon pack, IF the amount of icons and widgets promised were real.

I hate that nothing is free. None of the themes I like are free, and I can’t even make my own themes because it isn’t free. I don’t really want to have to pay for the subscription. I feel like it’s just a cash grab so a company can steal a bunch of money from you, when I just want a nice look for my phone screen without paying a bunch of money. I get that an app needs money to be successful, but at least make some themes that are free or make the ability to make your own themes free. I like the concept of iThemes , but I am disappointed.

I paid $5.99 for premium and can’t even download any themes. Tried to hit the “contact us” button in iThemes and that link doesn’t work either. I basically wasted $5.99 for nothing.

Paid for premium and I’m disappointed. Hard to configure and have to set each icon one by one.
Also can’t make a phone or safari icon and get it to work . Not worth it at all . 😡

I loved how my phone turned out, tho it has limited to what options you can choose, I’m sure and hope that in the feature they will have more colors and styles to choose from. Also I hope they add more app icons and more widgets founts to choose from, the best part is you don’t have to pay and hope to god it stays like that. I’ll be hoping to look in to iThemes later on in the feature. :)

I just purchased iThemes and cannot get any of the icons, wallpapers, themes, etc... to install because it cannot connect to local host. so disappointed. In hope people get to read this before purchasing. I dont have this problem with my other icon/widget/theme apps.😡

there is ONE free theme and…
it doesn’t replace iThemes you have it makes another one of it
and the only thing that does work is widgets but you can only do one widget

When I tried setting up, it threw me to a page and then it was data. It said data but then it like it wouldn’t work setting it up would be so excited just to change the icon of the apps that I have but it wouldn’t allow me to set up because of issues it says error every single time I try this is very poor. I don’t getting it it also six dollars wasted very poor quality. Thanks a lot.

I think that the premium thing is a bit too far. I mean like when ever I want to add an icon it either says I need it or doesn’t work at all.

Great app i mean its free and for that you get premium,very good and high quality icons but i would like there to be a CODMobile icon and some more wallpapers but all in all great app,thanks.

iThemes is really good it has a lot of themes and it’s free and it works great I really recommend iThemes. But for the last few days I have been experiencing an issue that will not let me download any icon, if I download it will not come in my camera roll. Do I need premium? Update: so I got the premium but I haven’t been able to get all the asthetic themes if you could please help that would be great. Update: I have the premium though it will not let me download anything it tells me I have not bought it.

iThemes doesn’t actually change the icons all it does is it add pages to a website at shortcuts on your phone

i love how basic the icons are but i would really like it if you would add more icons for different apps!

I was planning on using this to help colorcode my icons, but not my app icons aren’t like from Apple and I really wanted it would help me organize better and you know know what’s going on on my iPad. Oy vey anyways if there’s any way to do this, I would really like to. It seems like a app it’s just I’m frustrated..

iThemes has very simple icons and offers everything you need a great app but because of the simplistic icons and backgrounds it doesn’t give many options for a homescreen but is a very useful app and should definitely be more popular

iThemes has not only themes for yours apps, but also wallpapers, making your own widgets, and in the settings it shows you how to apply the images for your apps. Very well organized 👏🏽

I accidentally bought the premium and didn’t mean to, I didn’t realize right away, but noticed about 5 minutes later and attempted to restore my purchase/return but I couldn’t. It was $6 that I cannot afford and I don’t want premium.

The new update fixed downloading icons but not wallpapers

Absolutely love iThemes! So easy and simple to download the icons. Wish there was a little bit more variety for the free version :(
