Can’t even log in! MatchroomLive needs a lot more work before being useful.

Unusable streaming service

I tried everything, but I guess it's made for 10 gig Cable connections in London proper only.
While I was streaming soccer and other content all day long, this Matchroom.live streaming via browsers or their native app was utterly unusable for me. At best I got 10 seconds of streaming content and then it cut out buffering for another minute again, if it ever came back at all.
Very frustrating and not worth subscribing to !!!

I downloaded this to watch events - but you instead need to use a browser. MatchroomLive does not let you watch anything, it just shows you what is playing

I’m located in the US and pool is my favorite thing to watch. I downloaded MatchroomLive, which ascetically looks very nice. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. I paid the subscription fee, but nothing never streams properly on it. Matchroom charges for a service they do not provide. I’ve tried to get my money back, but they don’t respond to their support emails. Shocked to be honest. I wouldn’t mess with MatchroomLive, nor give them any money until you can confirm they’ve fixed their issues.

Having streamed the snooker for days, it cut out frustratingly at the critical final frames of the Selby/Allen match. I'm in Canada. Hoping for better for the final, but expecting the worst. I would have paid double for the coverage, but ticked off at having paid for service not received. That Matchroom say that StreamAMG is the place to go for technical troubles, there is no direct way to do this in the moment, just an email form. Not holding out any hope that there is anyone around on a weekend to fix that. Likely never use this lack of service again. It is not any better than youtube snippets right now
