Makes you pay without even knowing if it works
As soon as I opened the app a screen showed up saying they wanted me to pay before even seeing what the app was like, i also couldn’t click off of it so it felt pretty scam at that point, there was a button that said “Restore” so I clicked it but it said “the restore was failed please try again later” so yeah it’s definitely a scam

Not what I need
I signed up for a Universal Remote because I broke my Fios remote. All it actually did was connect my Roku remote which was already connected and I use that Roku remote several times a week. I still cannot change channels, increase or decrease volume, etc. now I have to figure out how not to get charged for this “Universal”. Verizon is so difficult to work with.

How do I cancel?
I want the free version to try and see if it would work in my conference rooms, they took you into a three day trial with an evergreen commitment until you cancel. That’s where they get you, you can’t find a way to cancel anywhere. So, by hasty when looking at this, ohh, and I never could get it to work.
