I attempted to sign up for a new IRA. I have both worked in the financial industry and opened multiple accounts. While I like the security they provide it seemed weird that they delayed me funding my account. At first the email and phone call I received seemed like good customer service. I guess that wasn’t good enough and they want me to do a webinar? When I called and questioned a rep about what phone call Tommy decided it would be fun to act like I didn’t know what a phone call is. I did t understand why one was needed. He said it was to verify my identity but how does talking to me verify my identity. What was my license for? Things like this send red flags. They made me feel like I had to earn the right to get an IRA from them. Like I owe them and that feels suspicious. I u set stand sometimes relationships just don’t work but it was like they were trying to push me off the phone and were trying to find a reason for it to not work. It was just a weird experience that I have never had. I will just use other crypto IRA providers.

*Update: I was not annoyed with the security verification I was annoyed at your reps’condescending tone. Acting like I didn’t know what a phone call was and trying to quickly get me off the phone sent up some red flags. Idk how you can try and respond when you weren’t in the conversation?

I was severely disappointed in the this app product after seeing all of the positive reviews. The website/app is extremely basic with zero analytics (portfolio growth %,$ etc.) I was told several months ago they were working on it, but first wanted to add more altcoins which they have yet to do. For all of the fees they charge you’d expect some basic analytics, but that’s not the case. The customer service is great when you can actually get a hold of them. Most of the time when you call the customer service you’re on hold for a long time before anyone picks up. They have a text phone number and email address for customer but they don’t always respond. If I knew this app had these issues, I’d have gone with a different company but at this point with all of the fees I already paid I’m stuck with this app.

I don’t think I’ve used a financial app that was so lacking in easily accessed information. I don’t think I should have to pick up my calculator when I open my app just to see where I am compared to where I was. I’d also like a bit more market info like bid and ask. I also would like a bit more mobility with my money in BitcoinIRA . They might take a look at Schwab or e trade

Executed terribly…. Very slow process for the amount of fees that you’re paying and everytime there’s an issue they just want you to call them. Traditional ira company wired my money on a Friday, it didn’t hit my this app account until Monday afternoon, I couldnt execute a trade until Tuesday morning, and the orders took multiple days to execute. Please streamline this process!!!

Hmmmm, the process to add money is very long. The market cap is wrong on some crypto like ADA and SUI. This is basic info!! That does not give confidence. Oh, no staking!!! So no wait to use the advantage of some crypto! That seems not a finish product. Also I would like to have control of my bitcoin and delegate them. I feel blocked. That seems a toy app.

The Bitcoin IRA app is easy to use as far as navigation. It would be great if BitcoinIRA had some user friendly tools. An example, would be the nice if easily showed when you bought in to a token and it tracks it from there! Right now as it is set up you have to go back and forth from various screens to see when you purchased and the amount of the token. To be user friendly, a graph when you purchased the token, as far as price, up and down movement, people want to see their investment. I think you have a good platform for IRA investments, keep building on it, watch the fees! I could transfer my IRA at any moment to another IRA vehicle, thanks!

App is terrible at verifying my email, it simply won’t work. Same with text message verification- also doesn’t work.

I cannot find a way to contact you on BitcoinIRA… frustrating

Can you please set this to function like other Face ID apps in that if your face is recognized, you are logged in and then you stay logged in. It’s too annoying getting into the mobile app.

Bitcoin Ira is the easiest Exchange I have ever dealt with! Their app is easy to manage & straightforward but most of all they have live telephone support! This feature is huge! I’ve struggled with other exchanges & can only have email chats which aren’t always helpful & are annoying! Call me old fashioned but there is nothing like a Mano to Mano talk to solve a problem! Whatever you do going forward,Bitcoin, don’t lose this feature! The Big Dog!

Bitcoin IRA is an amazing company! I’ve never felt so safe having my money and my future invested somewhere before. All the representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve seen major growth in my retirement over the last couple of years. I’m so glad they created an app to make logging into my account super easy on my phone. It’s really easy to navigate and makes me feel comfortable that I can check my gains on the go!

The Bitcoin app works well. However behind the scenes this app does not always perform. If I try to trade after hours and the system fails to execute, I am forced to wait until 930am of the next business day until anything can get fixed. And when the market moves away from me, this can become very frustrating. The fees are high. At times, the service level is not.

New customer and a new investor into crypto. Bitcoin IRA app made it simple and easy to get started. I also had a question and was able to speak with a customer service team member who resolved it so quickly. I think they’re the only cryptocurrency IRA with a phone number. Looking forward to investing more with BitcoinIRA .

I’ve been with Bitcoin IRA since 2017 and I’m so excited for this new app. It has everything I need to manage my crypto retirement account. Just completed my first mobile app trade and it was seamless. Well done and hats off to the Bitcoin IRA team!

I love using BitcoinIRA for cryptocurrency transactions. My only issue is you cannot directly buy available crypto from BitcoinIRA by drawing money from personal bank account.

I’ve had my Bitcoin IRA account since 2017 and not only am I happy with this company, I am thrilled with BitcoinIRA. Very easy to use and can buy and sell on here. Thanks for everything Bitcoin IRA! You guys rock!
