I was scammed!!! I canceled defense shield immediately after I downloaded it. Looks like there were many like me. I want my $99 back. Why isn’t there a number to contact with.

My son inadvertently signed me up for this service I do not use, and I’d never intended to purchase. Please kindly refund my $99.99. Thank you

I also downloaded "Defense Shield" after receiving a message that my iPhone had been infected by a "Trojan Horse" virus. When I opened the app, there was a message that malware had been detected on my phone and I should click "Repair Device" to remove it. When I did that, I was offered a one-year "Premium" subscription for $99.99 for an ostensibly "free" trial offer. I want my money back (I was apparently unable to cancel the subscription).

I downloaded the app after being notified that my iPhone had detected a virus. I was told that the app was free but was charged $99.99 for a 1year subscription. I was instructed to dispute the charge. Please refund my charge.

Your app popped up as I was using an app on my iPhone. It deceptive indicated using the Apple logo that my phone was infected with a Trojan virus and told me that I must remove the virus or my phone’s operating system would be destroyed rendering my phone unusable. I contacted Apple and they said that the notice did not come from them. When I clicked remove virus it sent me to install the VPN app then before it would remove the virus it required my to pay a charge through my credit card. This was a underhanded deception and I’m requesting that you remove this charge of $99.?? . I have contacted both my credit card company and Apple regarding this deception and notified them that I disputed the charge. Please remove this charge immediately.
