I have registered my account but it won't allow me to log in. I have also registered my Husband successfully using the safe email address but his passport and phone number. Changing the password just changes his account. How can I retrieve my account without the password or delete my account but retain his and for me to register again. If I am unable to register or retrieve the account can I present my paper documentation at the airport which I believe will just be proof of vaccination and a health declaration

Unable to even register.I believe all info is entered correctly,but a comment,in portuguese, flashes up for two seconds.I am confused as what to do next as I cannot find a phone number or E mail for Madeira Safe.Any help would be appreciated.

Like previous comments I find the madeira safe site very difficult to navigate. I have, with the help of my son, managed to register all my details. I have been trying to register my wife without success, surely they could make life a lot easier. We want to revisit all our Madeiran friends that we have grown t know over the years but they just seem to throw obstacles in the way. We are both fully vaccinated and have never proved covid positive so what's the problem?

Podemos por favor ter um numero para contactar??? Nao consigo encontrar helplines ou numero. Tried to fill in form for my father with my email address as he doesn't have one, and now every time in go in, it says his details but with my name. Have created an email account for him and now can't use it as already started another form!! How can I delete accounts so I can start over??? They are flying on the 27th!

Same as a lot of people on here, I have downloaded the app and tried to log in but asking for all my person details. When entered it says passport number already in use. I have created an account online and was able to enter all details and got my QR code, but now its says wrong details. tried to change my password and I'm being told my email doesn't exist, however I have received emails! So now I can't log in online or on the app, I'm due to fly on the 27th. Can my account be removed so I can start again from the app? This is added stress i could really do without!!!

URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED. Good morning, I am in need of urgent assistance please. I am due to fly to Madeira tomorrow leaving London Gatwick and 12.50 and I am unable to input my passport details into the Madeira safe website. I have had no luck in being able to contact anyone to try to resolve the issue. Can the account be cleared or reset for me so I can start all over to try get this completed please? I have already successfully uploaded a copy of my negative pcr test along with all of my flight details, it is only the passport number that won’t save and this does not allow me to generate a QR code. I’ve tried entering my passport details for Madeira safe and like others I’ve seen on here every time I try to enter these it says my passport details are already in use. I’m due to fly out on Friday 24/9/21 and I’m starting to stress about getting this sorted. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have managed to set up a number of profiles on the Madeira Safe website, but cannot proceed with any of them, because it keeps telling me my Passport Number is already in use. I need to delete the profiles and try to start again, how do I do this. We are due to travel on the 20th of September and I am desperate to get this sorted. Tried to upload my PCR test results but it wouldn't let me upload them as I had to fill in further details which I did then when I try it says to 'try again in 60 minutes'. When I do this the same message comes up. I fly on Monday 13th. What can I do? Thanks.

As other people have previously mentioned, I registered yesterday and uploaded vaccination certificate. Today I have been unable to login and when I do it keeps asking me to register personal details which I have now done about a dozen times. When I do this it takes me to a page to submit test results or symptoms, I don't have a test result or symptoms. What can I do and how long does it take to have the certificate validated? WE are due to travel on Monday 23rd. I have uploaded my details for the locator form with no issues, but my husband is having problems. He now has 3 profiles, none of which will allow him to complete the form fully and will not allow him to upload his vaccination certificate or put any details in past the first page. None of the few details he is able to put in are saving. I think we need the officials to delete entirely so that he can start again but there is no help or FAQ on this issue. What do we do if he cannot complete the locator form before we travel?
