I’ve been trying to onboard, ran into a cliche on ShiftKey , tried to contact this app but there’s only a messaging service which I sent an SOS, but no one is answering. It’s been 12 hours and counting. Very annoying.

It lacks basic features such as a calendar subscription so that your schedule within ShiftKey is shared to your native operating system calendar app for your phone. This prevents you from having your schedule at a easy glance. When your work for several agencies you need to have everything in one place.

It lacks geofencing so that you can clock in and out through ShiftKey . They force you to use paper logs which is bad for the environment.

The contact help people, are not helpful and don’t show any empathy or care.

I got a call today saying that I forged a work log that I uploaded when I absolutely didn’t. I quit my previous job to work this app full time. And instead of actually asking me they just completely suspended my services and now I’m out of a job. They absolutely do not have your back and no not care about the people using their platform just the companies they provide the service too. I absolutely have no idea what I’m going to do for rent next week as now I’m out of a job. So thank you this app for screwing me over

Before ShiftKey changed to showing everything on one screen I was not having any problems except the process included an extra step. Now with the new change (everything on one screen ), after I bid on a shift, it won’t let me off of that screen. There is no arrow or X to allow me to go to the previous screen. I have to turn off my phone then turn it back on to go to any other screen. Please help. I was gonna delete ShiftKey and reinstall it, but it will delete all of the data.

What is going on with ShiftKey?!!!!

ShiftKey is a waste. As a nurse I want a system that will make my life a little easier and not cause me to Chase people around for my timesheet to be signed.

There are plenty of shifts but facilities aren’t accepting any of the requests. Too much trouble for the application process only to not have any work. They need to change it to where the clinicians have the power to pick up shifts without the facility having to.

I’ve worked with this company for two years now and all I can say is the people that they hire are ridiculous it’s really sad that every facility I go to they say I’m the best worker that they have from this company I’m not saying all shift key employees are bad but every facility has bad reviews about this app just when I get to like going to a facility they discontinued this one because they say the employees are disrespectful come in and sleep on the job or don’t do their work my question is what are the requirements to even get hired with this app it’s kind of sad that this is the case for all of the facilities near me I think that shifty needs to be stricter on the hiring process and when they get DNR‘s they need to actually investigate those and stop those people from picking up at other places they are giving this app a bad name

The time to be approved through on boarding is a major turn off. Have been patiently waiting and no success.

this app uses work log formats that they do not accept and make you jump through hoops to get paid just because their actual employees are too lazy to have to actually work for a living.

Shift is the worst app I use so far. Nobody is available to help or they can’t help with your need . They kept on directing me to another assistant who is the same as the previous one. Have no knowledge of ShiftKey .

During sign up it wants a typed signature but throws an error code
The signature.region code must be a string.

App has crashed multiple times within the week I’ve been trying to get set up. Tried the help service and they say they text back in under 10 mins but still haven’t received anything. Can’t get anybody to validate my credentials .

Can’t change regions because iPhone doesn’t have the option tab in top right corner

Background literally takes forever!!! It’s been over 2 weeks and now I have to wait another 2 weeks this is ridiculous… my friend works for them and hers was back in 2 days I’ve been out of work for over a month now…

We can do just as much as RNs 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve only been with this app for two week and ShiftKey has crashed twice. I hope this isn’t a continuous thing. Otherwise I like ShiftKey .

I’m not receiving shift alerts via email or text messaging, is everyone having this problem, all my notifications buttons are turned on as well?

I’ve worked with many agencies and this is the only one where I can take control. Their new app makes it even easier than before

I personally love Shiftkey. And love being able to care for many more people...meeting new residents...some staff..the flexibility...everything. And I've never had problem getting work. I plan to stay with Shiftkey for a longgg time!

This a terrible employer. I worked only one shift for this company. They linked someone else’s pay card to my profile which paid the other person. It’s been over a month and I’m still fighting for my money. The situation was investigated, it was found my pay was sent to another person with a different social security number and address than me. According to shiftkey, we have similar names. I’ve talk to 10 different people plus 2 managers. I was approved to get my money within 24 hours two weeks ago. I’m still waiting! Don’t waste your time working for this agency!

I download all my information that was good .Went for drug screen which went well . Background check went well . Now they told me I need to pay for T B test . Any company that would like to hire you should pay for that . They declined . T B test coast 70- 120 dollars depends where you go . I guess I would not be working there .They need to revise there policy

Horrible company! They do not hold their nurses accountable! Their nurses are famous for NCNS on the weekends for 12hr shifts. They only answer the phone Mon-Fri 9a-6p

Absolutely the most unprofessional, worst, and lazy management towards employees I hope to ever see. I have been waiting over a month to receive a phone cal back regarding a document issue on my application. What a joke!! At this point, I would never accept any jobs from this agency as I have been told over and over someone from management would be contacting me back within 72 hours. Oh well, the companies loss of a hard working, experienced, and w employee. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other prn agencies available to pick up nursing jobs.

My account was suspended with false information given and no valid explanation and there’s no contact number and no one will take the time to explain anything the right or proper way
