I have not been able to use this app since day one. I have called the customer service and they said a supervisor would call to help resolve the issue. This app would be great if I could actually get it to work. Everything has been verified and all my documents are uploaded the app will not work.

How to fix ShiftKey app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ShiftKey app on iPhone
Update ShiftKey app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ShiftKey iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ShiftKey on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ShiftKey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ShiftKey Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ShiftKey not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ShiftKey App
1. On android, goto Settings » ShiftKey » click [Force Stop]

Update ShiftKey to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ShiftKey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ShiftKey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ShiftKey.

Fix ShiftKey unable to contact server/ ShiftKey internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ShiftKey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ShiftKey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ShiftKey
