There is no customer service phone number and I find the website terribly difficult to navigate. I need to correct my last email. I paid for one week a lot. I created a logon when I logged on all I got was a emoji dog. There’s nothing on The else on the screen. I tried installing the app. Same thing I gave up in frustration. My daughter keeps saying it’s a cool app so I tried again this week exact same thing happened except this time it wants me to create a logon and then when I do, it tells me when already exists from last week. I accidentally made a purchase of 29.99 in which i did not want to make . Even then after trying to find a way to contact customer support the app has a hard time loading up for me . I see no reason for me to have the app either . I would definitely like a full refund .

The app advertised me free dog training. I assumed there will be some kinds of subscriptions , bit I also expected there will be at least something for free. At the result it gave me one 3-minutes lesson(in pictures, not videos) on how to call my dog by name, so that she looks at you. And that’s it! For any other lessons or commands it wants me to pay monthly or early. It gives me no video lessons or anything else.
Only disappointed because they advertise it as “Train your dog at home FOR FREE” - misleading.

Purchased this app and entered in all my information and bought a 3 month sub and doesn’t load anything. Opened it a few days later and the menu loaded but when I tried using it it froze so I closed the app and tried it again and went back to the same screen with nothing loading. Emailed the developer and their inbox is full so no luck with getting a response there.

Can’t get family to log in

I am going to cancel because there no way for my husband to log into my account. And it said when I set up my account and paid for it that other family members could log in. But there’s no option for log in. It’s only giving him the option to buy another subscription. So I’m canceling. And hopefully able to get a refund because I didn’t use it at all.
