3 years agoIt has been 12 weeks. I was asked for ID documentation which I sent thru the portal. I have called 22 times and all I am told is it’s processing. I have not received benefits since 12/9/2020. I need help. 843-534-3446 Tom Lewis

This app is trash. I downloaded the app. Login once, then stop allowing me to login. But when you go to the main desktop site you can still login . If y’all are funded by the government/ Ourtaxes then use that money to make a quality app. This is the only cheap state I know that make an app designed by some random on the web and not hiring a web developing company to make the app correctly . Y’all are just as smart as the temp workers you hired that have no full trains on how to help customers. And sending most off the call unemployment calls to bots and temp works ( HELPLESS )

Not sure about that call
I know nothing is guaranteed, and y’all are doing your best. But when your business performance is sub-par this far, why would you release an app that’s the same? It’s a false hope of help for those in need, and it’s absolutely more waste of a time than trying to contact someone over the phone for the last 6 months. I’m just saying

Needs updating!
App won’t let you log in. Keeps showing pop-up box that says to uninstall and reinstall to get latest version when it is its latest version. Obviously has some type of bug that needs to be fixed. Reinstalling doesn’t help with anything.
