I’ve tried several times including factory resets to connect with ControlSonosBoseJBLSony. Very disappointed because I’d like to hear my library rather than streaming services through the Sonos app. Buying the premium doesn’t help so get it it working before shelling out any money.

I don’t want to buy anything.

I find ur software absolutely was a waste of my money of which I signed up for ur lifetime price. I have written to ur company complaining about there lack of explanation on ur software.
