I find ur software absolutely was a waste of my money of which I signed up for ur lifetime price. I have written to ur company complaining about there lack of explanation on ur software. In addition I have written u twice about this problem and still no response. At this point my only alternative is to complain to anybody who will listen..Anthony Cebrian

Will not connect to my Play 1
I’ve tried several times including factory resets to connect with ControlSonosBoseJBLSony. Very disappointed because I’d like to hear my library rather than streaming services through the Sonos app. Buying the premium doesn’t help so get it it working before shelling out any money.
