My minor child downloaded this game use my financial info to play and play I am a single mother with two jobs so I didn’t get hip to this until trying to make a purchase and my funds low. I did the honest thing and reached out to merchant advised what happened and the only reply is some scripted message. I demand Apple to investigate why is it so easy for 10 year to set up account with all these emails and use banking info just how ????? I’m going to fight this all the way to top!!!!!

Everyone, be careful of fraudulent game companies. I paid $2,300 and withdrew 600 dollars. I have been sending them emails every day for 14 days. Please wait for the reply. Played for a short time bc almost immediately I saw the signs of fraud scam game. Same issues as everybody else game shuts down steals money, losing by incredibly impossible higher score with blackout and lots of time like 50k my score to 98k bot fake player score, replay button doesn’t work when gameplay seems fishy suspected bot fake player and score seems impossible or if game doesn’t give you the 2x bonus or when game shuts down in middle of gameplay and steals money.. my experience feels like I’m just echoing everyone else’s awful experience that does not get response & resolutions from customer service. Bottom line. This is Another fraudulent scam game that should be canceled and all their games deleted.

So I thought winning money and then my app starts closing it would take the money and I would lose and then I deposit more money and I did it immediately on a big game and then when I emailed them twice no response they took away my account because I told him I was gonna report them do not download them they’re just a scamUpdate be emailed me back very rude very short didn’t tell me who it was and just goes we’re working on it thanks that’s very unprofessional and when I asked for my refund back for the games that I lost because it close BingoMoney and I didn’t get to play they wouldn’t answer me and they never gave me my refund I should not have to pay for something I didn’t get to play don’t download BingoMoney

Not here to complain about rigged games or strange scores. I actually did very well and withdrew a few thousand within a few days. They never paid me, and then suddenly froze my account for an "investigation." They never updated me on their so-called investigation and refuse to respond to any of my emails. It's been about two months, so there's about zero chance they'll follow up now. Don't waste your time on BingoMoney! They're scammers.

And eGoGames, please don't bother replying to this review telling me to contact your support. Everything I send to that support email gets ignored, since y'all are scammers that don't pay what you owe.

I’ve found problems with all of their games. IJS. In this particular game I couldn’t help but notice that some of the numbers that were not on my card were called twice. For those who don’t see how janky that is…they did it so time would run out. I couldn’t believe how my numbers weren’t even being called. So I had to see for myself where I went wrong. How about the replay button don’t work. Which is a problem with all there games. The only replay that DID play was in 21. But in 21 I don’t want to see my hand. I want to see how my opponent scored 10,000 when my score was only 2,000.

Don’t waste your time. This game is a scam. And if you do win they claim you’re being “dishonest” and won’t let you withdraw your winnings. Luckily I used PayPal to make a deposit and they refunded my original $30 deposit. But I had won another $30 and can’t withdraw it, that’s when they accused me of cheating. I’ll be contacting the Attorney General’s office to see what steps to take going forward. This should be illegal because they are the ones drawing the numbers so it’s impossible to cheat. They know nobody is supposed to ever win.

This is the worst there is unfair gameplay going on here this is crazy I know how to play bingo very well and I am not a sore loser no you tell me I how I had one number left on my board and used all my perks in my doubles and my extra time and all that and my score was 23,000 a little over 23,000 and my opponent was 97,000 over 97,000 then you tell me how that’s possible that is ridiculous I still have money on there that I put on there I don’t want the money you guys need to keep it yourselves and do something about your crappy game I will not recommend this game to anyone is matter fact I will tell everyone I can to stay away from this game and I don’t wanna hear any excuses! because there are none and I’m not saying I’m the best player out there but like I said I am not a sore loser well maybe I am when the other person‘s scores 70,000 more than I do that’s not possible I wonder what you have to do to get that kind of favor from this game whatever it is I’m not gonna do it! And the only reason why I even put one star was because I had to to even put a comment on here!

Let’s see if I understand this correctly. I just completed a blackout, with a large time bonus included but no 2x score, I got about 52,000. I’ve been beaten before with a blackout but not by 30,000 points. If I got near maximum how could someone get 30,000 more points? I’ll watch the replay and get some tips but guess what? My opponents video was not available. How convenient! I smell something fishy.

BingoMoney crashes when loading. 3 days and counting. Fix please.

If you are planning of investing time and money in this game, I recommend you to not do it. First of all, the game is full of glitches and bugs that will make it difficult to play and to earn profit. Second of all, the leaderboard it’s bonus cash not real cash; you will have to wait 2 weeks or so till the leaderboard ends just to get bonus cash instead of real cash like other apps... this is just a waste of time. I don’t recommend any egogames apps, it’s just a waste of time.

I would like my refund I emailed them they tried to say I never made an deposit but I did. I can’t even play any games and it keeps making me register everytime I open BingoMoney smh I just want a refund so I can close this account worst bingo app ever.

I like how BingoMoney gives the option of 2person matches as well as multi player games.

Improvements there are only 2 that i’ve noted so far. 1. game results take too long. I understand play is asynchronous, but 12 hours to get matched is beyond the pale.
2. need more entry fee options…. for 2person games it jumps from $0.60 to $12!! We need some 3, 5, 6, 10 dollar entry options.

This is a new format for me. Very interesting and heart racing getting to 3 cards.

So I was loving this game I am a avid bingo player been playing everyday of my life for the past 8 years… had an account opened and yea I had to re download it bc it kept shutting off but it was so big deal then I try and log in after I was number 27
And I can’t then I email them and the email I got back was….” your account has been banned for cheating in games.”
WOW can u say bull crap they didn’t like that I had played 20 or 30 games and I had lost once bc they had put me against literally 4 players i dont even think it’s possible to cheat in bingo!!!! I will be contacting the BBB and a lawyer bc this is WRONG and bc I have the money to do that! Bc unlike what they say I play bingo on a lot of other platforms and I win bc I’m good!!! They didn’t like that so they ban accounts that don’t put thousands of dollars into an account!!! Liars and scams and they should know not to accuse someone of cheating unless they have evidence which they don’t bc I didn’t cheat!!!!! I’m coming for you eGoGames!!

This games is the worst. It tells I I won money and it says I have to wait 7 days. After the 7days it all goes away. Never received any money at all.

This game is awesome, it is better than the bingo games you can get in the AppStore. It pays and it makes streaming events so you can have a great experience as a player as well. Thank you egogames.

I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews. I’m not sure what everyone has experienced but support really listens! It’s amazing. I love this game now with all the updates and changes.

This game is ran correctly. At least it seems no bots. Haven’t withdrawn anything yet but lost a few and have won some. I have Bern so disappointed with alit of the games as when you play a dollar you win sometimes but if you have a chance of winning big you never win. This one here seems like it’s fair. I think it’s a great app snd the voice of caller is awesome. Speed bingo thank god!

I’ve been playing this game for the last 3 days. When I opened BingoMoney today, it just disappears! That’s some bull.
