I’ve played this game for a long time now. I’ve enjoyed playing it but I’m getting a little frustrated with it lately. Only the first Restaraunt had any real additions when you renovated. Adding delivery service just doesn’t change much. Something new, truly new would be nice. A new restaurant would be great but I don’t see that happening. Plus, there are restaurants still waiting for the ability to renovate. When is that happening? Is it happening? Also giving us more time & restaurants to level up our managers would be nice. At least it would keep me busy for longer than a day or so. I’m almost at 5 stars in the highest renovations in all of my restaurants. I guess I find something else to play soon…..unless something changes. I used to spend a lot of money on this game. I won’t now. Not until a new restaurant is added or I can renovate other restaurants & actually build something besides delivery service in them.
EDIT- no updates. Nothing. Nothing for more than 6 months. I spent a lot of money in this game & lost most of what I bought because of glitching but I still would’ve spent more once the game stabilized. Now though, nope. Every other game I play updates often or regularly. This one has had nothing. The same weekly events over & over. I give it 1 more month & that’s only because I really did enjoy the game very much BUT 1 more month then I take my money elsewhere.

I’m going to cut this as short as possible because i’m just fed up. I emailed support to help me because my game crashed and restarted. They emailed me back asking me for information so I emailed back all information needed and waited. Never got a email back. I decided to write a review and they advised me to reach out AGAIN. Once again I did and I made sure that they were sent one long email so they could see the previous emails I received. She emailed me back with a email that had codes on it which she claimed they sent to me which I never got that email AND I never used or seen any of the codes on there. I asked if it was possible to codes or refund me for my purchases I made in the game. David said this “I'm sorry you've had this issue. Unfortunately, we sent you the codes on February 8 and they are valid for 28 days. As my colleague explained, we are unable to provide you with new codes if they have expired.” I had been checking my email every single day since I emailed them on February 3. Maybe it would be easier to see an email from “Idle Restaurant” than from some random name. So like I said to David, Ridiculous.

I’ve been playing this game for awhile and have had a few issues with it and have contacted customer support for the game. Responses have always been partial, unhelpful, and then the request ticket gets closed after 24 hours after support responds if you don’t respond back. But for some reason it’s ok for them to take 3 whole days to respond to me? Recently, my game completely reset on me and there wasn’t even a recent update as other poor reviews have mentioned. I was on the final level of all restaurants, had almost all of the managers, and had upgraded many of them. For some reason my in-game friends are still linked to my game, so I’m not sure why support is refusing to restore my game.
My recommendation: don’t bother. Right when you feel like you’re doing really well, it will all get eased and you’ll realize you just wasted hours of your life (and possibly money).
