Do not buy this app. I downloaded this app when it was free and started using it for a big trip. It didn’t work consistently (photos would not upload) but I had already given others the link. When it became a paid app, I purchased it because, again others already had the link. I cannot add photos at all anymore. It is slow to load, and it does not always save. Every time I use it (try to use it) I tell myself that I can’t believe I paid money for something that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Yesterday, I downloaded Travel Diaries for my upcoming trip to Sicily. I spent time setting up the book and planning my approach. This evening, I tried to revisit what I had done and felt I’d gone into another universe. I had to reset my password, then, it wanted my to use my Facebook password to sign in. I don’t use FB and was unable to open the journal to see what I had worked out yesterday. I guess I had better look for another, more user-friendly app.

This app has a very nostalgic feel to it. It’s nice to be able to journal while on the go and not have to worry about pen and paper.
