I was very excited to see that Gas South finally had an app, but that excitement ended once o downloaded it and tried to log into my account. It keeps telling me my password is wrong even after I have reset my password. I even tried to re-register and it’s says I have an account (which I knew) and tells me to log in, but when I try it won’t let me. Then today it tells me to update GasSouth , I click on update and it brings me to an entirely different app....
I put in my username and password, but the log in button is ‘unclickable’ stays shaded out.
Can’t even log in
GasSouth is buggy and even worse the company rips you off. Do not sign up with them they will find a loophole not to let you end the contract once your term is over.
After that expect the rates to More Than Triple! Yes from .49 to 1.79 / therm
