How to fix Songen app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Songen app on iPhone
Update Songen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Songen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Songen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Songen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Songen Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Songen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Songen App
1. On android, goto Settings » Songen » click [Force Stop]

Update Songen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Songen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Songen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Songen.

Fix Songen unable to contact server/ Songen internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Songen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Songen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
