11 months agoIssues now with login. Not recognizing any of my passwords. Loaded app through ROKU. Intially signed up for $2.99 monthly, then upgraded to the annual. The $2.99 continued to be deducted monthly from my account until I cancelled that subscription, keeping my annual subscription. Since then I cannot access the app due to issues with user/pswd. I cannot seem to get any support from AWK customer service. I am feeling left in the cold here and yet I honored the payment for a yearly subscription. Will await to see if someone acknowledges my email request.

I love the program and look forward to hearing it any chance I can, but the app has been nothing but a headache. Somehow it kicked me off, and it won’t let me log back on. I paid the annual fee, my funds have been taken out of my account, but I am not able to sign in. I got new pass words, tried to sign in, yet I get that little loading circle, and just like that it takes me back to the sign in page again. So basically it’s a circle I can’t get out of. Much like the Israelites in the desert. I keep circling back to where I was. And I can’t get anyone from the app to help.

Don’t bother with app
I Subscribed and love the podcast and was excited about when I saw there was an app- well such a bummer I’m afraid. I thought this would be direct access to the podcasts and more. Actually it is nothing - it never accepts login and no options or settings to correct ?? so I have never really seen what the app is and subscribed too ?? Well I’m happy to donate, which I did and would love if y’all fixed the app and communicated with your subscribers :)

Looks like some of us have the same problem can’t log in. I’m pretty sure I didn’t set up one. Pretty sad when they don’t monitor the reviews or just don’t care. That’s not right. Forget the app. Go to Roku and watch it. No complaints there except for the long commercials. 😡
