Cannot open a new account, unusable
As a USAA member, I tried to open a new account from the app, but cannot get past the CAPTCHA and the “important disclosures”. The CAPTCHA submit button scrolls itself under the Next button, so I can’t physically press it. Sometimes I manage to avoid the CAPTCHA but then the Next button doesn’t let me move past the disclosures, even after I read them and go back.

Very upset
Every time I open the app I’m stuck on the victorycapital screen. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing happened.
