I downloaded FlixBrewhouse because I like the ease of buying tickets and seeing showtimes from the click of a button, but FlixBrewhouse never moved past the first loading screen for me. I tried it a dozen times, waiting minutes and minutes. Finally I had to delete FlixBrewhouse out of frustration. Guess I’ll just use the website if I needed.

Hasn’t been an update to FlixBrewhouse in 3 years and it doesn’t work anymore. Just opens to a splash screen and then never goes anywhere beyond that. Sad because I used this many many times to buy tickets and am not enthused about using their online site so will likely be losing most of my business

Over $10 every time for a “Service fee”? The same tickets are cheaper on the Atom app AND there’s no ripoff service fee. Why would anyone use the Flix app to maybe save a few dollars through the reward program over many visits, when they could just use the Atom app and save $10+ now?

After struggling to redeem a coupon applied to my Circle rewards, I resorted to logging in my desktop instead to see if my coupon could be redeemed.

I then found out that the prices for movie tickets are higher in the iOS app compared to the desktop! I was shocked to see almost a $2 difference. This is a textbook example of price discrimination where companies decide to charge higher prices to Apple users based on demographic.

Needless to say I will no longer be purchasing within the iOS app.

FlixBrewhouse won’t load anymore. It just sits there on the flash screen. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted, fiddled with rights and access, anything I can think to do and it will not open. I’m about to lose a reward because I can’t get into FlixBrewhouse to use it. Fix FlixBrewhouse !

I already have a login rewards account and was excited they finally have an app. I’ve tried several times with my email address that i usually normally use to login on the website that it accepts. It does not take it on FlixBrewhouse and when I select forgot my password, it just takes me to an error page but when i login on the website it still works. I don’t understand how it doesn’t work on FlixBrewhouse .

Placed an order and drove to pickup and followed in instructions for pickup. After about 10 minutes called and said my order didn’t come through. So likely communication issues. Also FlixBrewhouse doesn’t give an estimated time your order will be ready and it’s difficult to locate information needed for submitting your pickup scan.

FlixBrewhouse hasn’t been updated in years and it shows. Using iOS 18.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a 750 mbps steady WiFi connection, it takes 6 minutes to get past the splash screen and it times out before you can actually login. I’ve been using FlixBrewhouse for years and now it’s simply useless. If Flix isn’t going to maintain it, then it should be removed from FlixBrewhouse Store.

I like to use FlixBrewhouse for my points, but it won’t even open anymore. Also, there have been a few times where I’ve lost points on payments that didn’t go through due to FlixBrewhouse and not my card. Also, there have been times when it won’t even let me use my flix rewards to go towards a current purchase. Please fix!!!!

It seems a lot of people are having the same problem. My account works perfect if I book online and sign in on a web browser but FlixBrewhouse just tells me my credentials are wrong. Is there a fix for this? If not, it makes FlixBrewhouse completely useless if I can’t login…… Flix is a great theater, please do something to fix FlixBrewhouse …..

App will not go to the login screen. Splash screen comes up and just hangs there forever. The one time prior to this I was able to get to the login screen but after entering my info it just hung there. When it was working in the past it was great so I gave it two stars.

I am simply begging you to fix the rewards redemption functionality. I’ve tried to redeem points for online and in person purchases at the Madison, WI location multiple times over the past few months to no avail. Please! It’s making me sad.

I was glad to see they finally got an app. I ordered tickets and food right away through FlixBrewhouse (did the same the previous week at an Alamo Drafthouse with no problems). I still needed to print the ticket. When we got to our seats, I told the server that I ordered online and he nodded and offered an order slip for anything else we wanted. We waited a bit and asked about the food and a manager came to say they couldn’t find the order. She said there was some sort of requirement to “check in” from the parking lot (?) to start the order, but we couldn’t find anything. She apologized and made it right, and said she would be testing FlixBrewhouse herself to get more familiar with it. I feel like FlixBrewhouse should have been released to a smaller set of beta testers first and staff should have been given more time to learn it, but I understand the urgency to make it available now too. I hope to see an improved app in the near future but for now will go back to paper orders.

When it works FlixBrewhouse is good, but the last several times I’ve tried to log in, I am not able to do so. Error logging in is the notification. I’m having to go to the website to purchase tickets. I have even deleted FlixBrewhouse and re-installed but get the same result - unable to sign in. Please fix this

Flix is our main place to watch movies. We love it! That said a few things I don’t love about FlixBrewhouse that drives me online to putchase tickets.
1. It won’t allow you to leave a gap between you and another group, even if that gap seat is one of the mid row opening seats with a swivel table instead of a regular table. So it forces you to go mid row. My favorite seat is right next to that go so I can exit without bothering anyone if needed but still have a good view. That alone sent me to the website since that isn’t an issue online.
2. It doesn’t show in FlixBrewhouse which seats are full table and which are swivel table - you have to go online for that.
3 it doesn’t tell you which theater number the showing is in but the web does.

All that said its a much better interface for seeing all the special showings because they are hard to see/find on the website. And I love being able to see the showing times in an app easily

FlixBrewhouse used to show the seats where there was just a swing arm chair and now that’s not there anymore. Also the shades for which are available and unavailable used to have more contrast and was easier to tell apart.

Flix Brewhouse is the best. The menu has something for everyone in the family and we haven’t had a bad meal yet. The craft brews brewed onsite are delicious and they also offer other local beers if they don’t brew what you want.

FlixBrewhouse use to work just fine but no longer does anything. The menu does t even come up. Nothing but a beginning page comes up which only have like an opening page.

Easy to book tickets through FlixBrewhouse !!! Service and experience is amazing!!! I’ve put over 30+ friends/relative onto FlixBrewhouse and place! Literally all my people know if I’m going to watch a movie this is the only theatre im going too! Been going for 2 years now! And will continue on!

I love FlixBrewhouse! It makes finding about and booking rare upcoming movies a breeze! It’s also secure. Truly awesome!
