The founder(s) of this app have been marketing this as a "social app for women" to take advantage of its users. Your input is being collected to feed into their AI so that they can profit from your experiences, conversations, and personal information without rightfully paying you.
This is just another example of "girlboss" feminism being used as a façade to profit off the vulnerability of women.
Love the concept, but it doesn’t work

The idea of this app is awesome - I just don’t get to actually enjoy it. The app constantly freezes, the audio doesn’t work, or it brings me back to the sign-up form, forcing me to answer the prompts every time. The discussion topics are so awesome and I really want to be able join in on the conversation! Diem is still very new, and I’m hopeful these bugs will be resolved soon!

Please remove the AI search feature. I downloaded this app to ask and answer questions to HUMANS. AI quite literally defeats the purpose of connecting with others on this app and only makes it run worse. I don’t need an “AI Big Sister” who provides poorly developed and half-coherent summaries of what users have inputted into your platform. I want to directly tap into the experiences of other PEOPLE and I want to be able to do that by searching keywords. Please don’t sideline the human experience this app is so needed right now.
