Update: app doesn’t work at all on iOS 15 so I can’t play!

I think this game is a nice way to make sudoku more fun, however I cannot play this for too long without getting migraines. It’s a little better from my phone rather than the large iPad screen, and I know some things can’t be helped, but some graphics move too fast. Can the developers please at least slow down the daily monopoly board? I can’t even look at that page when I use my daily dice and just have to wait for it to be over without looking so I can collect my prizes without feeling dizzy. For the Seasons, it would be nice if either 1) it doesn’t go offline for an entire day when calculating results or 2) it didn’t go offline on Sundays. I have quite the busy work week so weekends are my two days to relax and play games to destress from work and I can’t even play much of this on Sundays while Seasons are offline. You can only do up to 10 matches against someone and those people never respond to nudges so I’m stuck waiting until the next weekend to play for one day. There are also constant internet connection issues. It often goes offline and I have to force restart MonopolySudoku over and over.

This is one of the best versions of Sudoku, really enjoy the puzzle dynamics, the ability to select either the number or the boxes. I even got used to began to enjoy the competition aspect. The only aspect I am not fond of is the inability to play for up to 12 hours at the end of the weekly season.

However, I have been experiencing tons of issues with stability recently … the puzzles aren’t resetting timely when full/complete. They will stay frozen for hours. I haven’t been able to begin the new ‘season’ this week as the “Calculating Results” for each puzzle is frozen, and the new season timer is not counting down but sporadically making up times. I have attempted restarting my phone, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times.

This game WAS my daily evening wind down. But it seems I will need to find something else since I can no longer rely on this one being playable.

This game was 4 stars when working properly. It would be 5 stars if the end of season freeze was not an aspect. Sadly, due to the stability issues, it has dropped to 3 stars or less …

I love sudoku puzzles, and I love monopoly. So this is perfect to me in the sense of fun; however, it is still buggy.

If I leave MonopolySudoku open and lock my screen, the internet icon doesn’t automatically update. I have to physically close MonopolySudoku and reopen it, which isn’t terrible it just becomes a hassle. Maybe incorporate a refresh button? And if there is already a refresh button, then I am just blind.

I’ve changed my name but it still displays the default name when I go against players. I don’t know if I have to sign in via apple or Facebook in order for the change to stay or what.

I was reading the settings, and the descriptions for ‘digit first’ & ‘cell first’ need to be swapped. For the iPad Air, the sound settings names are behind the slider bar, i.e. ‘music’ is displayed behind the top slider bar.

I love the overall design of the game. Fast paced when going around the board. I love the extreme mode as well, as it is more challenging which is perfect!

If these issues get addressed in the future, I would be happy to review it again.

MonopolySudoku has superb graphics and is very enjoyable. However, is there any way to turn off the Auto Notes? I’m a very advanced solver and I don’t need them. I always like to start with a clean puzzle, figure out what I can, then l make my own useful notes. I would love the option in the settings to turn off Auto Notes.

Like this game. Only con is sometimes I don’t want auto- notes at all. Please enable option to remove all auto notes no matter what the puzzle difficulty is!

The UI is so janky. It doesn’t respond well most of the time. Also there should be a way to auto collect a round instead of having to go into each individual one over and over. Which just makes the UI freak out all over again.

Hello. I love this game but for the past week none of the sudoku games have been loading. I am wondering what I can do to fix this? I miss playing

The game overall is pretty cool. Just competing with sudoku puzzles. But I can’t understand for the life of me how it is scoring!! Which makes it harder to beat others. It’s like they are tanking you but I’m not sure how.

MonopolySudoku is quite bugged, the daily train challenge doesn't track your streak, or how many hints you use. The games against another person sometimes work sometimes don't. It would be nice to have a game against someone who is active in the game. The sudoku challenges are quite good.

But why is there only 8 properties that I can access?

There are other better sudoku games out there (for free!) but my biggest issue is I am stuck in a terrible bug loop in the practice games area, where the graphics are messed up and I see no grid, cannot quit the bugged game, deleting and uninstalling game didn’t fix. There is a long list of games in progress in practice area and they are ALL bugged and not deleteable or fixable. I give up.

This game is great but it has a few issues. If the developer is reading please....

-make the game more stable
-STOP ASKING IF I LIKE THE GAME! Your thing that pops up once an hour “Do you like our game”. You should only ask me this max once per week. Especially if we pay money. Please fix this

I really enjoy the game but I find the each time I finish a set, I have to go through so many hoops to just get to the game. If I want to see the leader board, I should be able to seek it out, not be forced to go to it after each round

Auto notes does not turn off. I do not need them nor want them. I’ve tried everything in the settings and no where can you turn this feature off. If you’re an advanced player like me don’t purchase.

Excellent way to play Sudoku! Very entertaining!

Great concept but not worth the money. If you are looking for an actual sudoku game I would highly recommend Microsoft Sudoku.

There’s no clear instructions on how to actually put numbers in a cell. Very irritating

All of a sudden it decided to quit working. How disappointing.

Mostly because of the auto fill feature the game is more about who can tap faster rather than logical thinking. The more challenging puzzles do require skill, but the auto fill still simplifies even those. I wish you would remove the auto feature or have a separate puzzle set that doesn’t allow auto fill instead of the couple that have it turned off. My second issue is the second chance feature. I play on an iphone12 I have large thumbs so there are times when the wrong square is selected. This isn’t really a software issue but it is annoying to lose just because my fat thumbs hit the wrong square. Finally, I really hate that I have to tap back to the main screen every time. Just stop loading all the other rank screens and leave me on the main page so I can just go from one puzzle to the next. I really can’t stand that.

If you love sudoku this is it for you, it’s competitive and beginner friendly.
I don’t know any sudoku app that has a competitive feature, especially like this.

I have paid for MonopolySudoku and it was worth the price as this was the best app for playing sudoku in terms of user interface and features.

However, the addition of ads in the latest version have killed my enjoyment playing sudoku here. If the developers wanted to switch to a freemium model they should allow users who’ve paid to continue ad-free and only have ads for users who prefer not to pay. In addition, there isn’t even an option to disable ads, not even with a purchase.

This is just unfair for loyal users and doesn’t make sense 👎 please bring back the old version!!

I paid for this game a while ago and there weren’t any ads, but now there are. I don’t like knowing that MonopolySudoku has turned into another money making scheme with an ad after every game.

I get a brief ad every time I finish a puzzle. Did this change to a free to play model?

For classic sudoku this is quickly becoming my favorite app. There are no variations, just varying difficulties of standard sudoku. It’s great for beginners, but even old pros may learn something in “sudoku school.” Whatever your play level, there is something here for you.

A pathetic excuse for an app. Why would I pay for an app and then have them add advertisements to the experience.

But my main issue is that I cannot transfer my progress from one iPhone to another. I signed in and it stilled zeroed me out. Hope that’s a bug that can get resolved before I have to trade in the old phone :/

The latest update of this brought on ads for some reason, even though I paid for this game. I’m already starting to get annoyed. Might go back to my other Sudoku game with no ads with a 1 time fee. My suggestion to the developers…..TAKE OUT THE ADS FOR A GAME WE PAID FOR! Simple as that.

This is a fun Sudoku game, but I wish I could play it on Sundays.

In MonopolySudoku description it states “AN AD-FREE, PREMIUM EXPERIENCE MONOPOLY Sudoku is an ad-free app. When you buy the game you can enjoy unlimited access to puzzles, Championship Seasons and multiplayer modes. There's no further cost and no further hassle!”, but now every time I finish a game an ad pops up. It looks like a scam for me, idk what the developers thinks it looks.
