Expensive and does not work properly

I just realized I had been being charged $5.99 per week for this crappy app that didn't work at all. I downloaded it to try to fax some info to my Drs office. After hours of the fax trying to go through, it finally told me that it had "partially sent" with no indication of what pages went through or didn't. My Drs office received no pages. Seems they just hope people don't notice the small charges. Useless.
Auto-renewal for ever

I’ve sent three messages asking to stop my auto-renewal. If you send faxes every day then this was easy, if you just need to send one then for the love of God figure something else out. It would’ve been cheaper for me to hire an actual person to hand deliver the paper. Zero stars do not recommend customer service-wise

I am amazed! Thank you for allowing it to be free to send simple faxes.
