It’s great for storing your photos, contacts, documents, and music off site. I consider it an added bonus to OneDrive, iCloud and GoogleOne that I pay for every month. It’s the fact I can’t get past the authentication screen which is driving me crazy. I have backups elsewhere which is fine for me, but others aren’t so lucky. Other bugs are I can’t delete more than 60 photos at a time. If you want to delete a certain photo. You basically have to wipe it clean each time. That’s a really big bug to me. I should be able to delete one photo that I don’t want anymore. That’s how I can’t get past the authentication screen to begin with. I forgot how unfinished StraightTalkCloud was and I don’t want to reset for a third time. I pay for this every month. Please fix it. There are other bugs I didn’t mention in this review.

I’ve been with Straight Talk for a few years now and have never had much of an opinion one way or the other. That is, not until I realized that the cloud is only offered on the more expensive plans. I started using them because they’re one of the less expensive options. If I’m going to pay the higher price for a plan I don’t need just to get void storage that seems to be counterproductive. I’ll be honest, for that price I would prefer a carrier with better and more reliable coverage in my area. Hey Straight Talk, perhaps you could offer your customers that are on the plan that works for them, but doesn’t meet the cloud qualifications; a smaller storage option with the choice of storage add ons maybe?

I downloaded this and it got all my contacts(though I can’t access them in StraightTalkCloud ) but only 4 photos. They weren’t even the most recent photos either, they were all from random times. I tried to take a new photo and it wouldn’t upload that either. It said all content was uploaded which is not true. I can’t figure it out but I’d like to be able to use it to store my photos especially.

I had a track phone that I purchased from straight up but it won't let me sign up to the cloud for StraightTalkCloud And gives no information about why or what I need to do to make it work. Downloading it was a total waste of time so don't waste your time pay attention to this useless pseudo-application.

Looks like the programers need to fix a bug, very disappointed.

StraightTalkCloud will not send me my access code to receive storage that I’m paying for I’ve talked to straight talk 3 different times and they can’t fix anything and says nothing is wrong but yet I’m paying for cloud storage and can’t use it please fix these bugs so I can is StraightTalkCloud .

I bought the 65 dollar plan and I can't access StraightTalkCloud , I'm waiting for the text message with the access code and it never arrives, I'm paying for the service and I'm not using it.

I have been a Straight Talk customer for a few years now and I just downloaded StraightTalkCloud and it opens and starts the steps, but once I put in the verification code, that was sent to my iPhone phone to verify my Apple ID, the very next screen tells me that the connection is not private or secure and then makes me go back immediately and won’t go any further. Also I’m on a private WiFi network at home an it is not public and no one is on there that shouldn’t be on there. Is there any way to fix this problem??

I have very important things saved in my account but StraightTalkCloud won’t progress passed the authenticating step. Not sure what to do

Thank you so much for the storage space. I’m so thankful that you’ve included it in a plan. I love it. It’s convenient as well because I don’t have to go through the trouble of installing another app and paying for services separate. God bless

It’s been very helpful with opening up storage on my phone but I feel as though it’s to slow & if seems like it’s steady clouding the same photos & videos

I had no idea I was eligible for this until my boyfriend pointed out to me, wow did I need StraightTalkCloud, it’s very easy to use and now I feel good about having all my stuff backed up because Lord knows Apple doesn’t give you much space
