AIR - College Recruiting Reviews

Alright y’all, I’m currently a college athlete looking to transfer and I’ll be the first to tell you, that AIR is ACTUALLY fantastic. The whole tinder aspect isn’t amazing, but being able to see a list of coaches, their schools, and having the ability to request a connection with literally one tap makes recruiting INCREDIBLY easy. Like genuinely, getting recruited is a breeze. Plus it’s free! There’s a paid subscription involved that probably gets your account promoted, but just marketing yourself to coaches overcomes this. I rate it 4 stars now because most schools have little/no information about them on app, and that’s a big problem for most that have no experience researching a school and program. As AIR improves though, that will hopefully be added and fixed.

All in all, if you’re looking to play college ball, you’re doing yourself a disservice not hopping on AIR for a couple minutes a day.

It’s an amazing app to help football players get recruited. I have gotten colleges looking at 10x faster then any other apps I have used. I just want to know how to get colleges to respond to me faster and how to get more colleges to start looking at me. If I can figure out how to do that, it would the best recruiting app ever.

One thing I think could be fixed are the Web Platforms. Most of the webs are having to be paid for and some people may only have one of them like me. But I’m forced to put a web address into every area. And also, the college swipe thing could be unlimited for free and paying users, it seems too limited for free customers which could really hinder our chance of recruitment.

I got AIR and select my 3 sports basketball, football, and track. I tried to put point guard, shooting guard, 400m and long jump but it was only football positions so I removed football from my profile to try and select other positions for my other main sports but it kicked me out. When I tried to get back in and entered my log in it wouldn't let me back because it said AIR is only for football players at the moment.

By far the best college recruiting app for high school student-athletes! The this app app is exactly as advertised, “social media mixed with a dating app”. Swipe right if interested. Recruiting is digital and if you aren’t up on the times you’ll sadly get left behind. Puts the power of recruiting firmly in the prospects and parents hands.

Finally! An app that caters to all involved in the recruiting process. Super easy and intuitive to use, great interface and top notch features to get college coaches connected with student athletes and/or parents,mentors, trainers, etc! AIR is going to change the recruiting game.

AIR overall is great, but it limits people for recruiting, it’s more of a pay to be recruited app even though it is free. You can use ur limited number if swiped per day and once u connect with a coach it won’t let you connect with the coach unless you pay. It could really improve on making access to contacting coaches without paying.

It’s a great app, I just find it to expensive for a month. Twenty dollars for a month is expensive because you won’t always be on AIR , and you shouldn’t have to pay to talk to a college coach. If the premium wasn’t so much I would give AIR 5 stars but until the price is lowered it’s a 4

Love the innovation of this sports tech! Just as twitter got much better over the years I expect this app to do the same and to keep growing in users. Eventually AIR will probably be a must use for all coaches and even most recruits as well.

I joined this app but saw it was only for football so kind of pointless to use right now. Going to keep my profile though and hopefully soccer and lacrosse will be added soon. Seems like a cool app though i added all my info to it.

I pre-ordered this app when it first popped up on Instagram a few weeks ago and when it came out I immediately fell in love with it. It shows you coaches, players, liaisons, and schools that you could be interested in. It’s a little bit buggy but it’s also brand new so give it time!

I love AIR but 1 question, you know how you receive a notification saying “a college coach is interested in you” is it real or is it just to get customers to buy the premium? Can anybody answer or a Staff answer if curious 🙂🙃

this app is super cool because I’m able to see a bunch of schools on here that I would love to play at. Im only in 8th grade but some people I’ve been messaging on AIR say it’s never too early to start and to keep updating my profile as I improve.

I play football and baseball but not sure what sport I want to play in college yet and I only see football coaches on AIR . Hopefully baseball will have it's version of AIR soon because then I can separate the two sports.

this app reminds me of like Twitter but for just recruiting. Super cool. Not sure if I keep my Twitter recruiting based or make it personal again. Would rather have just one app for recruiting though so i like that.

I feel like based off of reviews and what I’ve heard about AIR, it’ll be a great way for me to get my name out there. But I have one issue, nothing in AIR is loading for me? And I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue

on AIR it’s been trying to connect for over a hour now and i’ve tried on the internet and my data nothing seems to work i’ve even restarted my phone and still nothing. what can i do to fix this?

Pleases uses adds instead of making people pay. I think most of us would rather watch a add instead of paying. You can make people pay to get rid of the adds so you can still make money off the ads and the people who pay for no adds.

Recruiting Reimagined! More like Recruiting Ignited. I finally started getting some love from coaches on this app where as on other platforms i couldnt' find out how to message them or they never responded.

Such a simple concept but at the same time there are so many features.
