Avoid purchasing this resume writer at all costs. It's an aggravating experience to use, as it lacks the ability to easily edit your resume outside of the app. Don't be fooled by claims of it being genuine AI; it's nothing more than basic scripts. The templates provided are a complete nightmare, inundating your resume with unnecessary graphics that result in multiple pages. The skills section is particularly infuriating, with its pointless graphs and absurd star ratings, which inevitably push your resume onto a second page. Unfortunately, these undesirable features cannot be removed. I've wasted countless hours attempting to work around their graphical template, only to reluctantly settle for a two-page resume. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more effective solution.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month. They keep trying to charge me even though I canceled my subscription and deleted account. Since deleting account I do not have access to my account to unsubscribe successfully. There is no number to call to talk to a person and you are stuck messaging what seems like an AI help “person”. Stay away unless you want to be continuously charged for a service you don’t use.

I downloaded this app hoping it would help me overhaul my out-dated resume. Shame on me for not reading ALL of the print. The download was free. I paid the extra $26 for someone to proofread the new resume. Today I got an email stating the results of my resume check were ready. Imagine my surprise that I cannot access the resume results without upgrading, which would require me to pay for another level of the app. Not knowing I would need to pay for the results was due to my not reading everything. At best, the app was ok and helped revamp my old resume but given the choices for occupations on the free version I had a difficult time tailoring my resume.
