QuitAnger is basically all about you logging data into it. I just wanted some tools that I can use if I’m not in a good mood and not interested in taking up a job in data entry. The stuff that’s useful feels like an afterthought and QuitAnger is mostly useless you are interested in starting a diary.
This is a basic common sense concept app. There’s nothing u haven’t heard before in your life about anger management or calming down. The charting is super unproductive & very basic not insightful at all or insight inspiring. Disappointed, dissatisfied, won’t refund me. I would NEVER actually pay for this application when you have a free piece of paper & free access to mediation music literally almost everywhere on your phone already.
QuitAnger has no option to tell why you got angry only to how you responded. At first I feel this could help but as I continue its not helping pinpoint triggers. No good.
The information in QuitAnger could be found in a YouTube video or website. But it does provide it in a step-by-step interface that moves at your pace. Yet the interface is too cluttered and completely off-balance. I found QuitAnger unenjoyable to use.
I mostly got this for the watch app. Disappointingly the watch app doesn’t provide the step-by-step instructions, it only allows you to listen to ocean and wind sounds. Those of you aware know the Apple watch doesn’t have a speaker. You’ll need to put on your headphones, then tell the watch to connect to those headphones manually. This completely defeats the purpose of having a quick watch app. Wouldn’t it makes sense to have step-by-step breathing instructions on the watch? You know, for those times when taking out your phone or headphones is less practical. It’s just so obviously the opposite of what the watch app should’ve been. I don’t really understand what they were thinking. Furthermore, with my lifetime subscription I would need to purchase sounds on the watch. My lifetime subscription only includes three sounds. QuitAnger is a total failure in functionality and value.
A few days ago I downloaded QuitAnger to help me overcome my anger and overall mental health issues.
The first thing I saw when I downloaded QuitAnger was a advertisement for their premium feature. And like okay, it’s understandable: they want to advertise their app and get money off it like other apps do.
A few days went by and QuitAnger overall wasn’t all that bad, yes there were not too many non-premium features, but overall it was okay. Soon enough I was able to get the insights feature. Or was I?
Apparently that’s a premium feature as well?? I don’t believe QuitAnger said anything about it being premium in any way, shape, or form. And also isn’t QuitAnger supposed to help you understand your anger? Because as far as I’m aware, the insights were the only thing that fit into that category.
This just told me QuitAnger hungry for money and nothing else.
As a conclusion, QuitAnger is not all that bad and can help a little, but that’s about it for your average broke person. I recommend looking at other apps if you are one yourself.
QuitAnger keeps restarting itself. I paid for the lifetime membership fee of $9.99 and it forgets who I am and logs me out basically each time. I wish QuitAnger didn’t do this because it’s just another stressor. Literally coming to QuitAnger to calm down and just get annoyed over this too. So QuitAnger isn’t exactly doing it’s purpose.
QuitAnger is amazing. It has helped me through many difficult situations with my anger. There are some minor glitches, but they don’t happen very often. Something that I thought would be very good for QuitAnger would be to upload your own relaxing sounds/music. Another thing that would be cool is to give a daily dad joke. It really helps me lol. QuitAnger is amazing and adding the features I’ve listed here would make it even better
I love the breathing exercises and the music. I wish the entries could be edited, and it would be nice to have a reflection section I could add to for later. Sometimes I have realizations hours later that would be nice to record. It would also be nice for the music to be in playlist form, so it would automatically go from one song to the next.
Can you by any chance add a password to this? I don’t want anybody to see this. Or some kind of lock.
Get QuitAnger,
Nothing bad has come from using.
This is such a great app! If you deal anger, QuitAnger definitely helps with all ages.
If you fr do what the meditation audios tell you to do, you gon find you been lookin for
I had the pleasure of being able to try QuitAnger out and I promise you: it is worth it. QuitAnger offers great techniques that you can personalize what you need directly. If you are having anger issues and you genuinely want to change, QuitAnger will help. It wasn’t long before many of the techniques on QuitAnger made their way into my everyday life. Seriously download this.
Best app for me to clam down, if you think you get angry you should use QuitAnger best angry clam game if I would I would rate it 100/100 P.S may you add more sounds like trees blowing in the wind thanks and bye
Already own a Journal App but this is a Journal just for your anger, to track and manage your anger. I just notice that when you get to the end typing RESPONSE and OUTCOME, it won’t scroll up. I don’t know if this is a bug or limitation for the free App.
This Is Awesome!!!! One Of The Music Tracks (White) Literally Made Me Think Back To My Elementary School Days. And It’s Really Relaxing And Helps With Anger.
Very helpful for me! The developer is also extremely responsive to questions. A+
I get mad easily even if I don’t show it QuitAnger helps me so much!
