It doesn’t refund your money whenever it charges accidentally. Was in touch with customer service but they instead reply us with being fraudulent. zero customer service and doesn’t held accountable with their money. Please do not download Lilacnovel. But you can find similar story on another app with great customer service. Ungrateful app.

This is ridiculous. You have to keep giving reviews in order to keep reading. I paid $4.99 to read the entire book but 30 minutes later, you want more money. Makes no sense. Why would I pay hundreds of $ just to read a book. I’m going to call Apple because they must not know what you are doing.

I’ve spent almost $60 trying to read a story I was very interested in only to realize I’m not even halfway through. This is insane!! The chapters are about 2 pages each and cost several “dew” points per chapter and apparently there are almost 800 chapters in this book. I’m on 380…that would mean it would cost me almost $120 at this rate to read the entire book! I’m so disappointed!!

I downloaded Lilacnovel because of a book preview it showed on Facebook. I spent more than an hour on Lilacnovel looking for the book by the “Title” that was listed on Facebook and the search engine kept requesting the name of the author. I referred back to Facebook where the name of the Author was not listed! I attempted to search online for the name of the author by the book title and was unsuccessful. I then tagged Lilacnovel for the name of the author and never received a response. Lilacnovel is not user friendly. The book that caught my attention seemed to be a good book to follow up on but I will never know because I was unable to locate it. Which was the sole purpose of me downloading Lilacnovel . Don’t draw people in for one purpose and then get them to stay for another. I don’t like false pretenses. I would have preferred to locate the book that caught my attention to read it first. Then find another book to read. I love reading because it is a wonderful past time. Now I am an unhappy user of your product leaving this review. Instead of a happy one letting her friends know about the wonderful book she could have read on Lilacnovel! 🙁

I have been reading several books on Lilacnovel and I love it but I purchased a petal package 5 days ago and it still hasn’t been added to my account that’s $20 that I spend just about every day and I have sent emails and messages but haven’t gotten a response I would have given five stars for Lilacnovel if I could get my petal that I paid for

The books are great and addictive but you need to pay for every chapter!

It’s a very good clone apps like BRAVONOVEL. That everything about it is the same. That’s why I love it except when giving out FREE PETALS POINTS that don’t work and not adding up. I would have given Lilacnovel a 5 STARS if it wasn’t for this stingy bugs. Please…. Fix it so you can’t have any bad reviews from everyone because of malfunctioning on not giving out the rightfully amounts of exact petal points.

Lilacnovel had a lot of great storied but then eventually like everything else 🙄 they want you to pay. The prices however, are far too expensive for just one short story.

I downloaded Lilanovel because there were so many good reads available. Now I can’t seem to put the phone down! There’s many novels on Lilacnovel that are great reads and must reads at that!
